The worst experience of my life. Sounds a bit over exaggerated? Perhaps. But I believe in what is fair, and I expect people, especially offices that provide a service to up-hold and maintain their integrity. I had made an appointment at 3:30 for today and the expectation was that they would see me at the specified time. What is unfair is that I was made to look like an incompetent moron because they then went on to say that my appointment was at 2:40. My fiancee and I looked at each other perplexed. All in all, this is to say that if they had told me about a change, then this wouldn't have been a big deal, but the problem lies when they called my fiancee to verify that we would be confirming our appointment, but then FAIL to disclose this one tiny little detail. We had to make adjustments to our work schedule just so that they could tell us that they had changed it in person. Also throwing in to mention that these people could not look more amused. They look like they don't want to be there. Also, the one lady that was helping us treated me as if I wasn't there. I don't blame them, I will never step in that office ever again, which is a shame because my family doctor resides here. And to the customer service agent that was in the office that day, if you're reading this, please don't forget to disclose what TIME a persons appointment is, just as a recommendation. Thanks!
