Nobody really seems to care about their jobs or the patients. Notably the PSR’s and labs. The doctor who attended me was great, she would be the only exception. I waited almost half an hour until somebody from labs came to get me. As someone legitimately afraid of needles, there was no empathy from older lady drawing blood. She might as well have told me to shut up, sit still and let her do her job. I’ve gotten blood drawn on numerous occasions, this has to be the worst one. I came to this location because it was closer to home, but I would rather drive the extra 30 minutes to an hour for better service.

I started coming here about 3 yrs ago for Gyne and preventive care I've been to only one place for probably the past 15yrs for my gyne care however the one time I came here because it was closer to home and I didn't feel like riding up north I was very reluctant due to location however I was extremely surprised with their Service I was pleased. I've seen a few doctors here and they all have been great so I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've even changed my primary care doctor and choose one at this location.

I would literally give them zero stars if I could. The best thing about this place is the front desk. Front desk staff are helpful and diligent.
The provider Tyrone and the phlebotomist are extremely insubordinate. Tyrone spent 2mins with me just for him to mess up. I was charged $169 just for the phlebotomist to not send my blood draw out and hurt my arm while collected my blood. Just to find out that they never sent my blood draw out to be processed and claimed that it was never collecting. Really is a joke. How they collected my blood specimens but claimed they didn’t and still have it is a matter of legality.

Scheduled my appointment at 9. Was texted to come at 8:30. Arrived at 8:30, was told the dentist doesn’t open until 9 🫠 and the message was generated by an automated system… then switch available appointments to 9:30. Simple easy fix. What a total waste of my time and a clear mis management of operations.

Just change available appointments to 9:30. Please. It’s so easy.

Terrible Communication. I was 6 mins late to my scheduled appointment … I called in to make them aware of that & they stated to me that I have a 15 minute grace period. I check-in (6 minutes behind) & within me being there for all of two minutes I was told that I’d have to wait for my nurse to come back from break 2 whole hours later from the time I had arrived.

This is very unprofessional. Why am I scheduling appointments for “Walk-In” treatment

My appointment at 9 AM I was told to arrive at 8:45 which I did 930am I am still sitting no communication, no respect for others times. This is honestly shameful. Respect goes both ways. Why are facilities that cater to our communities are
so awful. This appointment should only take 5 minutes but I am here here 45 minutes.

I received a call from the call center saying they have problems with the online schedule and i need to cancel because provider does not see sameday sick appointments, only STD/STI. No clarification if the sickness was related to STD/STI. The provider is free from 10am - 2pm. I don't understand, but I cancelled. I am now asking why is availability posted when the option cannot be supported. The caller said they (her employer) has errors they didn't fix yet. I hope they (the employee) speak up along with the providers. Patients need reliable healthcare solutions. HBH are slowly losing points on quality.

Terrible doctor's office. They never answer the phone. They have you on hold for 10 plus minutes. I got a letter from one of the nurses saying to call them & I have called these clowns at least 5 times in one day. Still no answer. Find another doctor's office because this one is definitely NOT it. They are garbage.
