I have been coming to Pepperell Family Pharmacy for a few years now, and I hope to never have to use another pharmacy. Tracy and her staff are beyond attentive and professional- if you need to wait for a prescription to be filled, the wait time is only a few minutes. They go above and beyond for insurance auths, MD contacts for refills, and will special order just about any homeopathic remedy or supplement you request. All with courtesy, compassion and a friendly word. Plus, the great selection of local gift ideas, and their support of local causes shows the commitment to the Pepperell community. Love, love, love!

Pepperell Family Pharmacy is a great local business in every sense. Tracie is amazing and is always trying to accommodate every customer's needs and will always go above and beyond to make it happen. She has hired the most caring and helpful employees who follow her lead of doing anything to keep the customers satisfied. Also the products are very reasonably priced and there's always a great selection of health care products. I love checking my blood pressure on the machine that is there and keep record of it. Last week I left my phone there and didn't know where it was. It was locked and didn't say who I was. An employee saw my initials on the case and figured out that it was mine and called my gf and got ahold of me. How incredibly smart and thoughtful he was. That's just one of my experiences at this wonderful establishment.

The owner, Tracy is so kind, sincere, and passionate. She truly cares about every person who walks through her door. There are days when I will see her speaking with one customer after another, while also doing her job. I could go on and on, but the fact is there is NO other place like it....Why? Because there's only 1 Tracy;) She is Rare
5 stars doesn't do this place justice, highly recommend !

Tracy is a doll. She shows you that she actually cares and goes above and beyond!! Her staff is always smiling and upbeat and willing to help however they can. Switching to this pharmacy was a snap I just said I wanted to switch over and Tracy did the rest... super simple!!

Amazing staff. People are treated as patients, not customers. If you ever have any questions about your medications, interactions, or even just general wellness, the pharmacy techs and the pharmacists go out of their way to help you. I drive by two chain pharmacies to get here. They're truly team players in your healthcare, and are as invested as your PCP and specialists.
