I can't begin to say how fabulous Michael was- he took care of all the details perfectly, with follow up communication always done in prompt fashion, kind and helpful direction and so much knowledge and experience. He put us completely at ease during a tough time and took care of so many things for us that we had no idea how to deal with. Michael also performed the graveside service and again he was spot on. My siblings and I have never suffered a passing of a loved one in the immediate family and I had recently moved to the Pepperell area. I didn't really know where to start looking in regards for my father's funeral so I reached out to the McGaffigan Funeral Home and my family and I are more than satisfied that we did. Jack, the owner and director, and Michael, his son, are two of the best people you will ever meet. They were extremely compassionate, understanding and kind.
