At the beginning of December, they did the functional evaluation for a rehab wheelchair. It's now the end of March and, after repeated attempts to get any information, I discover that they have not even submitted the paperwork to Medicare. Extremely non-responsive and not even an apology.

Wow!!! What an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this company over National Seating. Rehab Equipment Associates helped me buy my son’s cubby bed. He is autistic and was in desperate need of a safe sleeping option! The whole process took less than a month between when the request being sent insurance and approval. I am so grateful! Special thank you to Renee and Eric!!!

Got new chair to replace older one which is damaged. New chair can't make it out of my neighborhood because either it's wired wrong or something but they keep lying to the nurse that they have been talking to me the whole time but haven't talked to me in months, my caregiver also was told that they would be coming and never did still have no safe chair to get around in didn't think anyone could be as bad as national seating and mobility but I did

This was by far our fastest and easiest wheelchair purchase. Kim listened to all our thoughts and concerns and was able to integrate these ideas into the new chair. Kim took the time to get to know my daughter and make sure she was included in the decision among process. She understood that getting a new chair is a long term process, and not something you can just deliver and forget. This was our first time in our 27 years of equipment needs that the product delivered truly met my daughters needs.

My mother got assessed for a wheelchair 3 years ago by Derek Logan. The wheelchair didn't fit her needs and proceeded to ignore her. The process felt rushed and she's been stuck in a wheelchair shes uncomfortable because the contract he set us up with. Trying to get her a power wheelchair now through different means.

Once again Kim has out done herself with getting a project in repairs done that would have taken many months with any other company. Kim & Eric did in days. Many people don’t think about it, but when our wheelchairs go down it is truly taking the legs that we depend on right out from under us. I haven’t dealt with a company as good as REQ, ever… We are truly blessed to have REQ and it’s wonderful technicians there for us. We just love you guys. I am having Diane post this because I am not a Facebook person. Thanks again Kim and Eric, for giving me my mobility back. We love you

I have really been stressed about my wifes need for a chair. The one we had the tire broke and I wasn't going to be able to get it fixed before her Dr appointment today! I called Renee and Erin in Haverhill in a panic and they were amazing. I was able to get there quickly and Steve took excellent care of me and got me home with time to spare to get my wife to her appointment! I haven't been treated this well in a long time and can not wait to do more business with them and tell everyone I know. From the bottom of my heart thank you!

Great personal service, anyone can sell a chair it’s the service after you buy that counts. Kim Our rep has been to our house on the weekends, or late at night. She always insured my sons chair runs when he needs it. My son had horrible back pain for years turns out it was a bad fit chair not his back. The freedom he has in his chair one that fits makes all the difference. I could not begin to say how much REQ has meant to our family.
