Due to the kindness and attentiveness of the caregivers and specialists at Hannah Duston, my Mom was able to feel comfortable and cared for very quickly after moving in. Within two weeks she was conversing easily with staff and caregivers, and making new friends. As her family, we were thrilled to hear her say how kind everyone is and how cared for she feels. We were also impressed with the team approach to her care, and all staff taking time to ask questions and get to know her.
A huge thank you to the Hannah Duston caregivers, specialists and kind residents who have helped welcome my Mom to Hannah Duston!

My mom spent her final days here. I really can not say enough about the staff. From the cleaning people kitchen people, aids, nurses and directors.

Elderly family member was frequently found saturated in urine, even after official complaint. Had 3 bed sores within 2 days of being at rehab here. She had 4 falls during her stay, mostly at night while trying to go to the bathroom on her own. Bed alarm was found several times disconnected when we would visit even after the falls. Do not send your family here if they’re unable to advocate for themselves.

Cannot speak to all the staff, but most nurses we encounter referred to themselves as ‘med nurses’ and couldn’t give simple updates - would direct us to manager.

We were thankful for the Physical therapists that took time to work with our loved one and treated her with kindness.

Both my mother and my father were patients at Hannah Duston Healthcare Center for a rehab stay. During the stay of both my parents, the nursing team along with the social service team was attentive and caring throughout the duration of the stay. All of my questions/concerns were answered timely and with all of the information that I needed. If I could I would give Hannah Duston more than 5 stars! Thank you Hannah Duston for the amazing care that you provided to my parents!

Hanna Dustin was good to me. The staff and rehab staff are the best. I have 2 complaints. My room was always freezing and the for the most part was not edible.
I wish I could visit you not as a patient to thank everyone in my slow recovery

My loved one was a patient at Hannah Duston for an extended amount of time. All of the staff were professional and caring towards my family member. The care provided was above and beyond any of our expectations. The facility is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Hannah Duston to anyone looking for a professional and caring facility for your family member.

My grandfather was there for 5 long months. The staff was neglectful & often left him without bedding or waiting for long periods of time. Awful place & should be avoided.

This place was amazing then went downhill real fast! I called at 8pm to see how my dying father is in hospice. The girl who finally answered the phone said hello and didn’t even say the name of this place! Then she put me through to the 2nd floor and sat on the phone for over 30 minutes and they still never picked up the phone to tell me who my dad is doing. After talking to the 5 star nurses they all told us how under staffed they are. The nurses were all amazing and that’s the only 5 starts this place gets!!!! Who ever runs this place needs to fix it asap!!! Straight garbage! We should not have to deal with our dad in hospice and not being able to see how he is doing! They never picked up the FN phone!!!!!!!!!!!!
