Dr. Lisa is the BEST of the BEST!! I have followed her wherever she goes since my kids were toddlers! She is so caring, so professional and just an absolutely incredible doctor and person. The best pediatrician a parent could have for there child/ children. Very caring, great communication, goes beyond and treats your child like her own. Have known Dr. Lisa for 14 years now. Everytime we see her, she has a smile from ear to ear. Dr Lisa has helped in many ways as our daughter encounters a rare disorder and is on top of her health care 100 percent.

Our appointments yesterday at Pentucket Medical Pediatrics in Haverhill were safe and well executed & made my kids feel so much better about going to the doctor’s office. The staff was efficient but still kind and upbeat which is so important to lift the spirits of the kids. As always love Dr Lisa Fitzgibbons - intelligent, kind, reassuring, & professional. My kids trust her advice and recommendations as she talks TO them & not AT them!

My kids, now teenagers, have gone to Dr Lisa all of their lives. I have followed her everywhere she has gone - from New Hampshire to Methuen and now to Haverhill. She truly is that good!!
The only criticism that I would ever have is I’d like to see a little more lightness of mood by the staff. A nice greeting when you get there goes a long way. Often times kids are nervous enough coming to see the doctor - would be nice to see some smiles and have a little bit of polite chit chatty conversation to kind of destress the appointment before the Dr comes in. I’m not asking for a ticker tape parade but the mood could definitely be a little friendlier.
