It was such a busy night when I went, so many people were already there and more just kept coming in. I was seen by the NP, she is in the office next to triage, so I didn’t have to take up a room that was needed more by someone else. I had a URI and I left with medication, and had a good experience. I have only been two times in the last 2 years, and have to say the staff is always amazing. What really surprised me, is the follow up from the case manager. She called to make sure I was doing better with the medication, she scheduled a follow up for me with my PCP. I didn’t have to do a thing. I really appreciated the follow up call, honestly it was the first time I had ever received a call to check up on me, from any hospital. All around great experience. Thank you 🤩

I had a real bad leg pain along with chest pain, thank god it was nothing major. Really recommend the doctor work. But I believe registration needs work., a little rude not happy about that. Some times we think we are having a heart attack especially if it runs in your family, yes I’m going to be concerned. Yes, I want to be seen fast things can change in seconds. Overall doctors and nurse maid me feel better and comfortable.

ER visit at Holy Family went great. Doctor, nurses and technicians are highly competent and communicated effectively throughout the process. They quickly diagnosed and corrected my issue. I am most grateful to them especially as I was unable to help myself at the time.

The care was good there. I didn’t like that I had to wait 4 hours to be seen by a Dr as I was brought in by ambulance. I was seen by the nurse a couple of times in that time frame but that was it. Also, when the Dr did finally see me she ordered some test which one was an X-ray which I was walked over to but went in my bare feet and no Johnny was offered or socks as I was in my nightgown

I’m writing this while I was discharged with pain after been seen in this emergency room by MACK, TRACY T. I came in to the ER with severe pain in my upper right side stomach MEANING WHERE MY LIVER IS, I’ve been having this pain for two years now and I have passed out and throw up multiple times because of this pain. I disclose all this information with the doctor. I was given something for pain and nausea, he did a ct scan and blood test, the blood test showed I have high lipase and alkaline phosphatase WHICH MEANS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE AREA THAT IM HAVING PAIN. The CT shows I have a little fluid cyst on my right ovary totally normal and painless and harmless, I’ve had those before, so tell me why he discharged me with “ovarian cyst” and an “just take ibuprofen” completely disregarding the fact that I’m still in pain and the fact that my pain. The results of my blood test & ISNT ON MY LOWER STOMACH ITS IT THE UPPER, I REPEAT UPPER SIDE OF MY RIGHT STOMACH ALL THE WAY TO MY UPPER RIGHT SIDE ON MY BACK. I spend 8 hours there for nothing, I was still crying in pain when I left. Mind you I only spend talking with him in Total of 5 minutes out of the 8 hours I was there because it seems he wanted to be somewhere else.

very bad service starting with the receptionist who is in the emergency room they speak badly to you they yell at you so that everyone hears that they are yelling at you and they never know anything they never have any information, After spending more than three hours in the waiting room, they finally transferred me to the emergency room, supposedly treating me there. I had to wait more than an hour for a doctor to see me. In the end, I lasted more than nine hours. I couldn't resolve anything. I had to leave. to another place

Filthy. Addicts sleeping on the chairs. I went in with trouble breathing, elevated blood pressure, vomiting and pain in my back. I sat in the waiting room with the addict for 5 hours. I got up and left. Terrible what it he's turned into, Ive been there twice a few years ago and it was great. They were wonderful. Time to close doors...

Spent 7 hours in waiting after coming in severely dehydrated (unable to eat or drink for 15 hours when I arrived), watched half of the staff leave and once they did nobody was being seen. After 4 hours I went to the desk, asked for an updated and was told there was no record of me, despite having a wristband and have been seen by the nurse. Took another 2+ hours to be seen and told all the could offer was an anti nausea medication and an offer of bloodwork, which would take another hour, to tell me that I ‘wasn’t actually dehydrated’ quote from the doctor. I also made it clear to every person I talked to my preferred name and pronouns and only one out of the half a dozen or so who saw me and my paperwork respected my wishes. Horrible experience, do not recommend.
