Dr.O’Banion is hands down the best PCP I have ever had. She has validated every concern I’ve brought to her, made me feel safe and comfortable in her office. Dr. O'Banion is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable. After 10 years of health issues being dismissed by several other practices in the area, Dr. O'Banion continued to order tests until we were able to determine the cause of my problems. She is a gem and Cooley is lucky to have her.

Would give a 0 if available. The worst medical experience I have ever had. Dr O’banion lacks the interpersonal skills needed to be a primary care provider. Antagonistic, dismissive and just plain weird are the best descriptions I can give for her! Avoid at all costs!

In the first 5 mins of my first appointment with Dr. O'Banion, I just knew I had found a winner. Personable, kind, knowledgeable, accepting, practical. Down to earth and not condescending at all.
