Denied me an evaluation for ADHD in 2021 because I was of child bearing age and my chart reflected a conversation I had with my primary care doctor about future family planning. Literally denied an evaluation because of a hypothetical child that didn’t even exist as I was not pregnant at that time. He offered no other medication management or treatment, basically refused to even work with me. CD then charged me for an evaluation, admitted that yes what he did was not actually an evaluation but instead a consultation but refused to bill me accordingly.

I ended up going and getting a full neuropsych evaluation done over 1.5 hours away and being diagnosed with ADHD and getting appropriate therapy, but at a much greater cost.
