The doctor is wonderful and the nurse practitioners and nurse but the front staff are rude and nasty they won't give you appointment they say everything full and I had emergency I ask for a doc call me back they say they don't do that so me and my son found a better doctor sad cause I really liked Connie your front end staff has no people skills ty Deborah voisine

Dr Cruz has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to treating my conditions. He listens to my concerns and will happily answer any questions I may have. Dr Cruz has never canceled any of my appointments, and has always been on time for them. Dr Cruz sends out referrals to specialists in a timely manner and fills out any paperwork that I have needed faster than any other doctor that I have had in the past.

The best Doctor!!! He listens, he is friendly, he cares and wants you to succeed!! If you need an addiction specialist choose him! Not to mention his amazing nurses!!!! I normally won't see male Dr's. But his passion for you to succeed is all I needed for my anxiety to go right away!!

No support, no advice. Unavailable. If anything gets done its because the nurse or receptionists step in. He cost me months of pay because he doesn't know how to fill out a form for PFML. Blames all of the mistakes made at the office on everyone else. It's never him that's wrong- it's the pharmacy that's wrong, it's the specialist that's wrong, (claims that specialists aren't doing their job and sending documentation... not true! the specialists just shake their heads and say "wow we will send it AGAIN") its my employer thats wrong, it's FMLA that's wrong! Had to tell him "these arent MY rules its FMLA rules!" Can't get adequate care. Has knee jerk reactions, cancels appointments without explanation before he knows why you NEED the appointment. You will find yourself in so many arguments with all of the different places I've named above because you are on your own and the communication is abysmal. super long wait times to be seen- a week for someone fresh out of the ER and a month for someone who just had major surgery and has questions about what to do next! After causing chaos and confusion in my life, affecting me physically, financially - mentally- he doesn't even care to ask about my mental health. not that he could help with that anyway, I suppose. Would have left this practice years ago but figured I needed someone local but now I see I would be better off traveling. These are my genuine experiences and I have done everything imaginable to be patient and understanding. By being patient and understanding my life is in ruins.
