I do not write reviews normally, but I have had such a horrible experience with the receptionists working at this office that I felt it important to say something publicly. I have never encountered such rude people working in a medical office. They are dismissive, rude, say they will call back and do not (unless they need money), and, clearly live by the idea that “this is a business”, before a medical office, as one receptionist said to me. Absolutely no concerns with the provider; she was great for the years I saw her. I am sad to terminate care with her because of this.

DO NOT schedule an appointment here, especially with the new girl Samantha. She is completely useless, claimed she was going to send in two meds after practically BEGGING for her to do something (and a previous appointment which resulted in nothing) and ultimately failed to send in one of them. The receptionists aren’t helpful and reschedule without notice frequently. This office does not care for its patients. Find another office to go to and don’t waste your time here

I do not recommend this practice! A tip for the person hiring phone customer service staff: Hire people who are patient, kind and polite to answer your phones. Let’s keep in mind the people who are calling are vulnerable.

The office manager is a horrible, impatient ableist who attacks and lectures potential patients when they express frustration with last minute appointment changes and the negative impact on our time and lives.

They make no apologies for inconvenient reschedules nor do they seem to recognize the negative impact they cause. To clarify, they were rescheduling me fewer than 24 hours prior to my appointment. If I did that, they would charge me a fee. When they do it, they offer not even an apology.

The nasty person that yelled at me seems to think escalation, condescension, and insults are the best ways to deal with a sick, fearful person struggling with social communication issues.

No empathy, no kindness, no patience is on offer, only the threat of denying care if you don’t do exactly what she wants.

Shame on you. You should not be working with disabled, vulnerable people. Go work at the police station; you share their inhumane attitude.

Truly exceptional care. The staff are super kind and understanding. I wouldn't let the negative reviews skew you from checking them out, as someone who has been in and out of many mental health related offices in the years, this one deserves 5 stars.

Truly the absolute worst psych establishment my family had ever been to. The receptionist is an evil harpy who has no issue yelling, condescending or intimidating patients. She obviously hates her job and is a diehard ableist. The psych nurses aren’t much better. Nurse tried to change up one of my family member’s meds after 20 +years of being completely successful on it. Stay away!!!!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. The nurses don’t answer quick questions over the phone and there is no patient portal for emails or script refills.

I was seeing Audrey Hall for years and she left the practice in January and she told me on our last visit that I would be seeing the new NP well when she transferred me to her rude receptionist who is always rude by the way I was told no we aren't keeping you on as a patient and that was it. No explanation at all. My boyfriend has been there just as long as me and he was able to stay. He is always treated great by Audrey and the receptionist so I think they just hate females.

Terrible practice. They over-medicated our son and practically turned him into a zombie, until, in eleventh grade, he decided he was done with meds and he's been thriving ever since.
