Pearl dental is an awesome place. I had some extensive implant dental surgery completed. I looked around for years and looked into every place around before choosing Pearl and it was a great decision. They made everything easy and painless. The final product was amazing, I get compliments every day!

The Facility is amazing and clean. They have plenty of parking out back. They have all cutting edge equipment to secure great results.
The Doc and staff are incredible. Everyone is very nice and calming. I would give the staff 10 out of 10.
As far as the process goes anyone on the fence because of fear I would definitely say it’s not as bad as you think what so ever. They make sure you are completely comfortable!

For the finances I find that most of the places are around the same cost. To me to spend a little more for the best results is worth the trade, but Pearl was right in line with most similar facilities.

Overall 10 out of 10 great people and great final results!

I had to cancel my last 6 month cleaning due to a health issue so I knew that my teeth really needed a good cleaning. After discussing some of my recent medical health concerns with my hygienist, my cleaning and check up was an extremely gentle experience. When the dentist came to check on my teeth she was also very caring and understanding of my concerns and made sure to let me know that they are here for me whenever I need them. This was a very pleasant dentist appointment.

Pearl Dental Associates in Holbrook is a wonderful practice. The office is well run, immaculate, and the entire staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Salem is great - she explained everything about the procedure I need in detail, took her time and answered all my questions. I'm very glad I found Pearl Dental!

On Wednesday, April 9 I had an 11 AM appointment to have a tooth extracted. I entered Pearl dental and was told I would be paying cash. This was something that I had not been told before and I was confused so I asked what was going on? I was told I was asked to pay cash because I was involved in a lawsuit which was news to me since there are no lawyers involved. I have been given a copy of the proposed procedure for extraction of the tooth and bone graft. I was never told I would be paying cash. I did not have cash so I said I would bring it back. I only lives 20 minutes away. I will go home and get it after the procedure but I was not allowed to do that instead they said they would cancel the procedure and I would have to reschedule it and come back with the cash so I’m going on 10 April and I will take the cash money but I was also being accused of trying to take advantage of an insurance company and told that if I receive money and. The insurance company paid any portion I must give that back I don’t know what this was all about did not understand it at all. I felt I was being judged unfairly. I will have the procedure done because Dr. D. And he did not miss inform me about paying cash money

Cedric, the hygienist, is wonderful. Friendly, attentive, personable, and efficient. I recommend him. The place is an older building so dress warmly. The front desk staff is good, but my one critique is I was told conflicting things about my account. One young woman who took my insurance card and ID and scanned them upon arrival for my cleaning, told me my records weren't sent from my old dentist. After my appointment, a second woman, more senior, asked if I had insurance. I said yes. She couldn't find the insurance card because the young woman hadn't uploaded them yet. This was an hour after I arrived. I can chalk that up to being busy I suppose. However, I mentioned that I needed to call to get my old records and the more senior woman said they did receive my old records. I told her the young woman said they didn't get them. She said, no they are here. I see them. Not a block from me returning because good dentists are keepers. But I just know I need to be on my game when dealing with the front desk.
