I called a few times before visiting, but no one ever answered. I double checked the hours and stopped by on my lunch break only to see they were closed during posted hours. No people, no real hours, and now no lunch and no prescription filled. I called another place, they answered right away and said I should have what I need in a few hours.

When my wife Linda suffered a stroke in 2013, we needed wheelchair access to our home and interior mods to make it more handicap usable. I found Ellsworth on the web and called and spoke to Brian. Brian came to look at our situation and worked to provide a solution. We settled on an aluminum ramp with a flat black finish. It has worked remarkably well. The black finish is almost entirely self clearing in the winter. Brian also spent time to work out the optimum layout to provide easy access and spots to rest if needed,

Since installing the ramp, I contacted Brian again to upgrade our interior bedroom and master bath. Once again, Brian came through with the optimum design.

Brian and the people who work with him have provided fantastic, courteous and professional service. Brian, carpenters, plumbers and painters have all provided us with prompt and excellent service. I will not hesitate to use Ellsworth again and highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance.

Five stars do not say enough about Ellsworth, Brian and the team that did our work.

We worked with Ellsworth medical to have a stair glide put in for my mom. Brian is a compassionate professional. He never tried to up sell any product and worked with our family to determine our needs. After my mom became too ill to use the glide and went into hospice we called to have the it removed. When the workers came the showed up with flowers. We interviewed many companies before we chose Ellsworth and if we ever needed anything again, we would choose them over and over.

I needed a stair lift for my home so I looked on line and found Ellsworth Medical. I e-mailed them and was called by them in a very few minutes. The manager, Brian Cosker, came to my house that same afternoon and discussed my needs and options. He measured the stairs and took pictures. We arrived at a satisfactory deal and I look forward to doing more business with this firm in the future.
