I’m glad I was brought after normal hours, to First Care Medical Center when I had my injury. Wait time was minimal for me, as I had previously scheduled an appointment, and I was attended to right away. The staff were friendly, thorough, professional and personable and I could easily relate to them.
I was well attended to by the nurse and radiologist, but my favorite was Miss Ellis, the Nurse Practitioner. I really felt being heard, although it was really hard to explain the mechanism of my injury, she had great concern, knew exactly what to do, and helped me feel at ease.
I trusted in their care, and I’m glad and the better for it. So I definitely recommend them, plus they are opened until 11:00pm.

I was out of the clinic in about an hour and a half on a Thursday evening about 8 pm. They were patient (no pun intended) empathetic, and caring. I couldn't find my insurance info at first (while waiting in the lobby) but eventually found it during a breathing treatment. The staff seemed more patient-focused rather than money-focused like the old days! I appreciate them for being empathetic and caring when I felt so bad. Also, I am an older adult who does not go to a doctor unless I absolutely HAVE TO do so. No one gave me a difficult time about that.

I love my First Care Providers, DNP Katherine saw me today and took care of me so I can get back to feeling better so
I can continue to work to 2 jobs and provide for my family.
Visit's are always sweet fast and therral. First Care has always been there for me and my family when my regular providers office is closed or its after hours. I am very grateful for all the care and compassion they have given me and my family for the last 20 years.
I would recommend Katherine and Colleen they are my Favorite Providers. Oh and I can't forget Dr. Bradstreet, He is very thorough and very intelligent, I think he is awesome but we have normally only seen him in the morning time or in the afternoon times but never late in the evenings.
He treat me and my family the first time we had covid 19 and he saw my son about a year and a half ago when my son unfortunately bitten by a dog.
So if your ever wondering about going there when most other places are closed and you dont honestly have a life threatening emergency you should feel at ease knowing they are open 7 days a week and it's late in the evening and you dont want be overcharged at the ER and loose 12 hours of your life waiting to be seen by a doctor First Care Huffman is the place to go. Dr. Bradstreet from my first interaction made me feel more at ease as soon as he starts a treatment plan with you, right away just having a conversation with him you can tell he cares knows his stuff and That's The GUY. The moment you know he is the real deal.
I work in the medical field and when he explains things and treatment planes, You get a very resound atmospheric vibe of calmness and ease knowing thats the GUY !!!! Thats all I can say is THATS THE GUY...and any fear or worries about your problems or possible emergency situations that may of brought you to there clinic are fastly removed from your thoughts. I can only explain it as a moment of clarity hits and you know your in good hands and you made the right choice in the decision to choose first care on Huffman! Thank you all at First Care on Huffman! Our family could not be happier with all the care we have received there.

Absolutely delightful, they were able to get me in quickly and efficirntly. The staff was kind and timely, not to mention it was neat and felt clean.

Thank you for providing care with ease. (My only qualm is the insurance processing, depending on who you have it may not work well)

Easy to make an appointment on line. Timely service. Helpful staff. Dr Bradstreet was very easy to relate, made rational choices about tests to be done, processed information with adequate give and take. It was not a rush job. Great quality service. However, they do not accept Medicare. Hope they will change their minds.

If I could write 0 stars I would. I have never had such a bad experience with this clinic. Not only was the receptionist rude when I walked in at 5pm and was not helpful . I had called was on hold. Then it disconnected. Called back and got ahold of the medical receptionist. I was told I was booked for 5pm as that was the next available when I called at 2pm. I walk in and told my appointment isn’t booked and that cannot see me until past 8pm. I possibly ruptured an ear drum and they did not even try and take responsibility for their mistake. Stay away from this clinic.

I needed a Sat appt (due to work schedule) 1st I was going to get seen at a Prov. urgent care & checked this other place on Debarr however, after reading mass negative reviews I kept searching we all deserve better than medical facilities that have horrible reviews.I found First Care that had outstanding reviews & booking online was easy,open late even on weekends & not only urgent care you can get been seen for Primarily care as well. Friendly competent staff, they are caring the facility is clean & they have good bedside manner! I can see why they have all the 5 star reviews across the platforms they deserve the high rating! I’ve found my new medical providers ❤️ Thank you again First Care for taking good care of me & for doing what all the others can’t seem to get right!

Everyone was very kind and quick. I arrived at 5:20 for my 5:40 appt and was seen immediately. I received a chest X-ray and a breathing treatment for my severe cold and was leaving with prescriptions in less than an hour. Great experience!
