Worst customer service I have ever received in my life! Terri McClanahan, OWNER/CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, is so rude. Very nasty person. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

They double charged my insurance, sent me the wrong garments twice. I have Medicaid insurance and they are committing insurance fraud. Please do not trust them with your care, having Lymphedema is the worst and these people are just going to take advantage of you.

I would like to thank Terri for telling my mother, who needed a $5.78 refund for her compression garments after her cancer, that she needed to find a new place to do business. I’m sorry you double billed her insurance company and you charged her too much, which was caught by my mom when she was asking the insurance company about it.

This place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs. Between the unprofessionalism of the owners and inappropriate office environment, I don’t know how they aren’t out of business. Comfort and Care is an amazing company and provides excellent service.
