Wonderful one stop for all things recovery. The website is very informative, with details about each service offered and the on-line reservation system made booking simple. I enjoyed the red light therapy followed by a leg compression session. Both sessions were well instructed and felt amazing. This place is a diamond business. Krissy the owner is so amazing and kind. We did the traditional sauna with cold plunge tonight and WOW. Everyone should go to this place. Very warm and inviting. Great prices. We plan to buy a package deal to go at least once a week! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

I attended a private Galentine’s event here and had an amazing experience! Krissy was fantastic—so warm and welcoming, it felt like I’d known her for years. The space was cozy, inviting, and truly relaxing. I did the infared sauna and cryotherapy, both of which were incredible. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a rejuvenating and personal wellness experience!

I have been using the infrared sauna at Mindful Recovery for several months now and have noticed a huge improvement in multiple areas. I started going mainly because of inflammation in my ankle and noticed a difference after the first visit. I knew for sure the infrared sauna works when I ran a Spartan Race recently and expected my ankle to be very sore however I did not experience any pain in my ankle during/after the race. The infrared sauna has also helped reduce my stress level among other things. Jessica and Krissy are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Mindful Recovery!

I found this absolute gem by accident. I won a gift card ( they lovingly support EVERY charity that they can). After my first red light sauna, I felt joint relief that I hadn’t in decades. I push my 54 year old body to the limit and then I come here to heal. The owners/ staff are so kind and they always make me feel at home. I had a spray tan that even my 24 year old daughter approved of… You will not be disappointed, no matter what you choose to do here!

Mindful Recovery is a hidden gem. I've been here several times and am so glad I found it. The Fire & Ice contrast is my personal favorite. A clean, relaxing, and warming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
