The staff is professional and the service is very humanized. Nurse Samantha is kind and I literally didn't feel any pain when she gave me the shots. The woman with glasses at the desk is nice and smiley. Everyone is very polite and friendly.

They some free services if you check their website and are pretty fast if you go in the morning. But if they are short staffed then you may need to have a bit more patience.

Came here to get vaccination and TB test.

Everything went very smoothly and the guys at the front desk and the nurse were all exceptionally kind and professional.

It also saved me >$100 to have it done here vs going to urgent care. It is a great resource for the community.

Thank you!

3/6/24. The lab doesn't answer their phone during posted business hours and there is no way to leave a message... Still trying to find out the results of my two tests...

The first visit I had went very smoothly. The woman at the desk was helpful. I was in and out just had to get a TB test. Today I was held up because the supervisor made one of the people checking in start to do paperwork rather than check a second person (the only other person) in the lobby in. I did not appreciate the supervisor blatantly ignoring a human being to get paperwork done when the person was obviously scheduled to check people in seeing as he literally checked the lady in right before me. The supervisor literally did nothing the whole time I was in the lobby. She stood in the office and watched the people checking in work or talk to the person behind the office barrier.
