Dr. Ellis has been my GP since i was a teen and in the almost 15 year since, she and her entire team have provided excellent care. The waiting room is always clean, as are the exam rooms. The medical receptionists are great as well, always cheerful, making silly jokes to calm my nerves, and a joy to be around. I feel like she genuinely listens to me when I come to her, and thoroughly discusses all treatment options that would be available to me. Michelle, the NP, is just as wonderful as Dr Ellis and is so incredibly sweet and, just like Dr Ellis, actually listens to me instead of just “hearing me”. Their staff is prompt with their responses on their portal and the receptionists have great phone etiquette. I myself am a medical receptionist and I can guarantee most of these negative reviews are due to people not understanding how insurance or healthcare in general works—which I don’t blame them, it’s designed that way. I was in a financially difficult situation and could not afford the self pay price, and they were able to work with me and significantly lowered my copay for the self pay visit that I desperately needed. Ignore the horrible reviews, especially from people who make comments on staff’s appearance (who even does that!?). In summary, this is a great office with great staff and I would be so devastated if I ever had to change primary care doctors. Thank you to everyone on the CRMA team—you guys are the best!

I’ve been a patient here for many years. The girls who work in the office are outstanding! Michelle, Tracy , and Elizabeth are incredible !! They go out of their way to help before and after appointments. They are always available for questions or problems. They truly care about the patients and prove it in their follow through with care.

My experience with Dr. Ellis has always been a great one. She is kind, considerate and takes me seriously when I have a concern. If she doesn't know the answer to my questions, she is always willing to send me a referral for a specialist. Also, she doesn't spend all her time on the computer entering her notes, as many other doctors have done in the past (with me). Walking into her office is like walking into a circle of friends; her staff is kind, considerate and friendly.

I have been w/doctor Ellis since I "graduated" from my pediatrician. My mom recommended her to me, as she was her PCP. A few years ago, I had some very serious health issues and Dr. Ellis was always thoughtful, listened to me and advocated to any specialists for me. She explained medical questions with clarity and is never condescending, as I have experienced with some other doctors. She understood my anxieties (without judgement) about some of the health issues and would always get back to me quickly and execute a plan we both were comfortable with.

Dr. Ellis is by far the best physician I have had in a long while. She really cares and takes the time to listen. She's very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Wonderful bedside manner. Office staff is terrific also and wait times are short. Couldn't ask for any better.

I have been with doctor Ellis for a few years. She and her office staff have always been very professional and accommodating to any of my needs. Dr Ellis is patient and always listens to my concerns and follows up. The NP’s are great too.

This is a great practice with a solid team. The staff/technicians are super friendly. Both doctors have treated me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either. But I really wanted to write this review because of the LPN, Michelle. I've been seen by Michelle several times throughout the years and I can't say enough good things about her. Michelle is professional, thorough, and most important to me, super kind. She listens to your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. She genuinely cares about what's going on in your life and the reasons that might've brought you in. I feel so fortunate to have her as a resource when it comes to my health. Michelle is the BEST!

Great physician! Only been here once so far (my initial appointment was a physical) but Dr. Ellis took the time to meet me and talk with me ask about any concerns I may have had. I did not feel rushed to get out of the exam room- she made me feel that I was her #1 priority at that moment, and my impression was that she wanted to make sure she had a full understanding of my health.
