Worthless help at the counter. Wouldn't put down phone and give service. Asked for an item, said they didn't have it, but I found it myself hanging on the wall. Then asked for a 2nd item and they had no clue what I was talking about. Asked to speak to a manager at a later date and was told they were the only one there and I said "Ever"? I would have come back to get professional help. Where was the person the other reviewers were bragging about? Sure could have used some help today.
