We originally went to Norco, but they didn’t have what we needed. That turned out to be the best thing that could have happened because it led us to Valuplus Medical Supply—and WOW.

We arrived close to closing time, but that didn’t stop them from giving us incredible, unrushed service. They went above and beyond, helping my girlfriend try multiple options, making adjustments, and troubleshooting trying to get the best fit. When none of the available options worked, did they send us on our way? Nope. They used their own supplies and modified her current device—at no cost—just to make sure she left with something that worked for her.

That’s not just customer service—that’s care. We weren’t just customers; they treated us like family.

If you need medical supplies, do yourself a favor: skip the frustration and go straight to Valuplus. You’ll walk out feeling taken care of, and you won’t want to go anywhere else.

The staff in the Wenatchee Valuplus were helpful, cheerful and very competent. Service was timely and parking was easy. I picked up and dropped off equipment twice and came out feeling well-served.

I went in to purchase a lift recliner for my aunt. She wasn't sure whether she would be comfortable to sleep in their recliner without testing it out. I asked about the return policy and was told if it was returned within a few days with no damage there would be a restocking fee of 10%, this was on a Saturday. By Monday we had to return it because it was not a good fit for my very petite aunt. ValuPlus employees were very gracious and very nice. Since we took it back and brought it back so quickly they only charged us 5% restocking fee. Everyone there was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would go back again because of how well we were treated.

Rick from ValuPlus helped us out of a big jam when my father-in-law forgot the power cord to his CPAP machine while we were visiting Leavenworth for the weekend. We were able to borrow a power cord for a night, completely free of charge and it saved our trip. Instead of cutting our trip short a night, we were able to stay another night and enjoy our stay.

We called them in search of a knee scooter for an ankle injury while vacationing in leavenworth. Despite closing in 2min, the employee on staff went the extra mile and ensured we still got what we needed. Honestly, very impressed by her customer service and although we hopefully never have to frequent this business again, in the chance that we do, we certainly know that they will take care of us! I went to Valuplus recently to rent a knee scooter for my wife, who had sprained her ankle. The gentleman who helped me--I think it may have been Rick, the owner--listened to my description of the situation and recommended against a knee scooter in our particular case. He said that a walker with a forearm attachment would be safer for my wife to use. My wife was extremely pleased with the rental, and it was clear that the walker with attachment was indeed much safer for her to use. We are grateful to Valuplus for helping us rent the best device for my wife to use while her ankle healed. It is rare to see a business give this kind of personal attention to its customers. I highly recommend them.

We visited ValuPlus Medical Supply for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We did not purchase one thing in the store over our two visits (but did manage to take up a large amount of time and expertise of the owner Rick!) and yet ended up with the most attentive and courteous customer service you could hope to ask for. This place is more in the business of meeting customers' needs than in making a dollar and it's an encounter we will remember for a very long time.
