Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I went here for years seeing Dianne. Little to say I didn't get any help just dozens of different pills to take for years even after I constantly said they made me sick. I gave up after taking the pills for 3 years. I constantly felt like a lab rat. Gave me anti seizure medication to help me with social phobia and anxiety attacks related to my aspergers condition and having ptsd. I was on a cocktail including over 2,000 MG of lithium carbonate a day. I'm glad I stopped taking her dozen plus prescriptions no doubt in my mind that if I kept taking all the medications I would be dead by now. This place needs to be investigated by the state.

I saw Dianne for many years, maybe 8? I used to think I was getting help, looking back I can now see I was being used. If you are going to prescribe a 15 year old such harsh medications, the least you can do is look up what will happen when you cold turkey them off 8 years later due to missing an appointment. The neglect could’ve cost me my life. I am now trying everything possible to taper off and was told by an ACTUAL professional who knows a lot about these meds, that it will take me at least two years on a water taper. Please Dianne do some research into the irreversible neurological damage these WD cause. It has ruined my life completely and I’m lucky to have found someone else to help me.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic to anyone who relies on regular medication. If you have a prescription that requires regular, on time writing for mental health - go literally anywhere else. It takes an average of 5-6 phone calls requesting it before the prescription is actually written and sent, and in the several months my loved one has been “seen” here, there is yet to be a single, solitary prescription refill that has not required this and resulted in forced coming off the meds and going back on them as a result… EVERY SINGLE TIME, and boy do I wish I was over-exaggerating. It’s a joke, and it’s playing with peoples mental health and it’s simply not ok. Do better. We are currently looking for another clinic that accepts their insurance because we cannot keep doing this playing around with mental stability. My anger at this clinic right now is unbelievable.

I have been trying to get an appointment here and everytime I call all I get is “we will message the receptionist and she will call you back” and then I do not get a call back and my time gets wasted.

Dr. Proctor is awesome. Totally recommend, if your looking for a peds Dr. He is very attentive and is great with his patients. I’m so glad he’s my childrens dr.
I hope he stays for the long run.

I asked if l could come in for a throat swab due to a very sore throat. Somber Reply: "We don't do that here" (silence) "Can you tell me where l can go?" "You have to go to Astria" No aid on location or other information. "Goodbye"
(l will try not to bother this lady again).

The Dr's here are great but have to give it a 3 the receptionist have very poor communicating skills and almost always never answer have to call repeatedly to get any type of luck of getting answered.
