Howard's is the best! The entire team was so helpful, professional, and caring! When my medical equipment, from another provider, quit working they went above and beyond to do everything they could to get me a new device immediately! Couldn't get the prior supplier to return my calls. I will only use Howard's from now on! Thank you Howard's for caring and taking care of me!

I purchased a wheel chair in Nov 20. Was supposed to be a purchase. Originally the price was a couple a hundred bucks. 5 months later, no end to my payments icalled and was told they needed to switch it to a purchase and i only needed to make one more payment. Still no answer on how much, just a round about figure was given. Told that the original person was no longer there, so i couldn't get a grounded answer. It felt like because I'm inquiring and no answer could be given, that was what i was being charged and how much the chair was still no real amount could be given. Wont be placing my medications needs and trust, let alone my money. I'm sad disappointed by my experience. At first it's convenient, just get your paperwork straight and don't place your account on autopay. The young lady tried to assist and it's not her fault, but her attitude about was clear that it wasn't her problem and she didn't know what to do. She seemed amused by my questions. Thumbs down on a cash paying account.

Such a great staff! Starla is always so nice and willing to help anyone that comes in the door. Her team of young guys always jump up to help when I walk in and are happy to greet! Such a lovely little store. Brightens my day to see the staff at Kittitas Medical Supply!

I have had not one positive experience with them! I gave them every opportunity to get it right but not one time was my order right! So frustrating to deal with them! Always an excuse for why the order was messed up!

My wife rented a knee scooter, we returned it after using it for 4 days. Scooter pad had sticky residue with warn spots, was hard for her to manipulate poor turning radius, wheels seemed to have a high rolling resistance. Returned but was told we had to pay for the entire month any way. These can be bought on amazon for almost the same price as one month of rental payment.
