I happened to stop by to look at canes. I had no idea it was another medical supplies store I town. I figured we only had Howard's. Anyway, went in, friendly staff helped me find what I needed. I would definitely see them before going anywhere like Howard's. The staff at Bellevue actually tries to find a solution for your needs. I would recommend them to anyone. I will certainly return for future supplies needs

I am so thankful to be working with Bellevue Healthcare. They have provided “Above & Beyond” customer service multiple times. Most recently I needed to exchange a c-pap mask (because I’d ordered the wrong size by my mistake.) I called in at about 4:58pm and Justin picked up. I asked what time the store closes and he said “Five o’clock. But what can I help you with?” I explained my pickle and he graciously offered to exchange my mask as well as wait past his closing time for me to make it there. I would most definitely not expect someone to stay past closing time and was floored at the kind gesture. I am a social worker with elders and Bellevue Healthcare will always be at the top of my list for recommendations. Superb customer service. Well done!

OMG, no words can express how wonderful this company is! My nebulizer broke on a Saturday and I could not take my albuterol solution until I replaced the machine. The employees here were so understanding, caring, considerate, and went above and beyond their job descriptions to help me secure the prescription I needed to get this machine on a Monday. I cannot thank them enough and their employer, I hope, realizes what a fantastic staff he has!!! Thank you to the staff at Bellevue Healthcare!

I had trouble getting my insurance to permit my prescription for crutches. I was a bit panicked because it was the day before my surgery. They were so kind and patient with me and solution-driven. I was able to get my crutches in time! Thanks Bellevue Healthcare!

Mario was very good and helpful he has great customer skills he was helping me with an Electric chair. Mario also took the time to tell me how to take wheelchairs part to get it in the car. And showed me how to put it back together he gave me a lot information so he said if I had an questions to go head an call him and he would be more than happy to help me and Justin was very good like the new people you have I would come back with them there. I have a Manual chair to Jared took forever to order the parts it took 3 months. As soon as I got Mario came right too. Told Mario I need some stuff done on manual chair he said bring it we can help you he said you guys would give me a chair while mine was getting fixed.
