The man who came out, I believe his name was Davis, was extremely helpful and professional. Our facility is always busy so it was hard to step away to instruct him on what we needed him to do but he was able to work around that smoothly. It speaks to his confidence in his work and abilities that he was able to do so. I appreciate his patience and his willingness to go above and beyond to help us and I look forward to working with them again in the future for all our medical equipment needs. Thank you!

This place has been incredibly inconsistent, given equipment that doesn't work and had me move my bedridden mother on hospice over 4 times out of the bed entirely due to their negligence and carelessness. They give incorrect information and are completely inconsiderate of their patient. I have never experienced such messy customer care.

They came out very fast and effectively set everything up for us. Kenneth the technician was very kind and professional. Kenneth made sure we knew how to properly use all the equipment and asked if we needed any help before leaving. I highly recommend Horizon.

They stuck they tell you they well be there at one time but show up 3 to 4 hours later and if you call them they will tell you it's not there problems we should of waited and they don't care if there a death in the family or not
