My doctor's office decided that I needed home oxygen and prescribed it through Tim's. When no one reached out to me, I called and spoke directly to Tim. He confirmed that they had received the request but they don't provide home oxygen despite what is advertised on the website. Nor did they call my physician's office to let them know.

Recently, had to call and ask about a referral for a shower chair.( I have a fractured knee). They were dismissive and emphatic that my insurance did not cover durable medical equipment. That statement is not true. The referral for equipment just requires a prior authorization. I had to do my own leg work to get this issue sorted. The persons I spoke to on the phone on 2 separate occasions ( on the 17th of march and today) were not interested in helping me. So I do not ever wish to utilize a company that does not value a good customer service for future patrons over the phone. It's very difficult to shop local when the service you get is poor

I needed a walker for Dad while we were celebrating his grandsons ceremony. The staff is obviously trained for customer service as Charity & Heather went out of their way to accommodate us.
