Attempted to reorder sponges for my daughter's open wound. The lady who called me was extremely rude and not helpful at all. My daughter has a 90 day prescription written August 2024. I called in September for a refill. Same insurance, nothing changed. The lady didn't even attempt to try and help me. Guess she was having a bad day. Never using them again.

Had the nicest young lady help me today,it's always great when people still believe in the importance of customer service.
They didn't have what I needed in stock but are ordering it,and I don't mind waiting after being treated nicely.
Unlike the rude man at ACTS pharmacy and healthcare,this young lady was extremely helpful,makes a HUGE difference.

Crawling on the ground. Got two wheel chair prescription. No call back no information about why I have to wait weeks for my wheelchair so I can get around. Knees hurt from Crawling. Need my wheelchair please. Do your job.

I had been looking everywhere for the medical equipment I needed. These guys absolutely pulled through for me. They were able to get me the things I needed immediately, and were so incredibly nice and very helpful after I'd been running around for several days and calling around places without any luck. Not sure where the bad reviews come from on here, but I can't praise them enough. I'm so relieved and thankful for their help.

Staff took priority with PHONES, before Counter Customers... all x4 of them! Not much for visible merchandise, most likely catalog/ on-line inventory. Bought a shower bench ( almost $300), which ended up being too big, so returned it... but when at the "Discount new/used medical supply store", SAME BENCH was selling for $39!
Recommended for NEW Equipment (with guarantee) like Machines, but not for simple items that could be purchased at a discount and wouldn't mind the "previous usage" at 90% less, when compared.

I was in from out of town and due to a 6 day flight delay I was out of ostomy supplies, Matt at Sound Health set me up immediately with samples (in my brand!) and made sure I could travel safely. Peace of mind with these things is priceless. I'll definitely be back if I have any future need!

Every month I call to order supplies and nearly every month the shipment is incorrect. This is ridiculous since I call to confirm the order. There have been times that I'm told the date the shipment will be sent out and then it doesn't ever ship. I have to call back and wait around for a return call. I'm highly dissatisfied with this company. They have had turnover in the department that I need and it shows. The manager is also not helpful.
