Just moved to the area, tried to setup an appointment as a new patient. Waited 10mins for someone to answer the phone. After stating I’m new and this would be my first appointment they said the earliest appointments for new patients is January or February next year.
That’s 4 months away. What a waste of time. Good luck if you get sick, better hope it clears itself up.
I’ll keep looking for another provider.

they have scheduled an appointment with me then when i came didn’t have the treatment i needed. and had me waiting for an hour for them to say that.

Dr. Reznichenko was great with my mentally disabled brother. It can be hard to find doctors who understand his situation, so this was a big relief. I was also really happy to see how clean this place is. Our previous clinic was at Healthpoint in federal way, and it was filthy there, just absolutely disgusting. Walking into a nice clean clinic for once was so nice. Never going back to Healthpoint.

The worst place on earth about waiting to reach them on the phone !!!!! You must wait 40+ minutes when the two ladies that are sitting there working HECKA HECKA SLOW !!!!!!!!!!!
Every single time I come for appointment I waited 20-40 minutes!!!! Even when I came 7 am I had to wait 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

Kinda sad when a “care facility” won’t even check your blood pressure when it’s over 150/110. Told me to go to the emergency room or dial 911. Why does this place exist?

My primary provider, Helen Migwi, I wonderful. CHI Franciscan is not.. they apparently got hacked on Oct.2. Today is Oct 15th. Private patient data may have been stolen, which they have not notified us.
But, they will not make an apointment for my husband who is having severe back pain. His insurance requires a referral to see any other specialist or a chiropractor. He has called and even gone to the office to ask for this referral or an apt. They will do neither. They will not help him. Because their computer system is down, and they cannot. However there were patients in the office being seen. 14 days my husband has been attempting to get care from the only ones that his insurance will cover and are supposed to be there. They accepted being his primary care doctor. He is in pain. CHI does not seem to care. Unacceptable! 14 days with no resolution in sight! We will find another primary care doctor

I highly recommend you find another institution and office.

This clinic is special! The minute you walk in the staff greets you in a friendly manner and makes you feel comfortable. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see my Dr Velasco or have lab work done. Dr Velasco is a patient man who listen well and answers your questions in a direct manner. I have had much success in maintaining a better health by using the many options that are available in the Franciscan network.

I've been going to this clinic for about 5 or 6 years, and I've always been very happy with the care I receive. I'm GLAD they use referrals to specialists as needed. I see a GP as providing basic medical care encompassing the whole body, whereas a specialist is expert in a particular function and body system. I prefer an expert when I have something more than a basic problem to be diagnosed.
Dr Orencia and Ashley know me now after this many years, and it's a comfortable feeling to not have to repeat medical history to someone different every time.
Sometimes it's taken a little longer to get an appointment than I would've liked, and sometimes I've had to wait more than 15 minutes after checking in , to be seen. That's happened maybe 3 times in the years I've been going there, but I figure medical people get sick too, and we sure don't want them seeing us when they're sick, so they need to stay home just like the rest of us.
I'll soon be moving out of the immediate area, but I will drive the extra distance to continue going to this clinic.
