Been on the phone waiting to get medication sent to the correct pharmacy. Plus when I did my initial new patient visit I informed the dr I was assigned to about medications that I’ve taken in the past that helped me & was denied them prescribed different meds I’m unfamiliar with & still haven’t gotten them. I’m definitely seeking a new dr asap.

I put my trust in the care of Nurse Practitioner and they do not seem to care! What a horrible time trying to get prescriptions correct or help ! Pharmacist that I counted on to help me has mainly confused me or spends time complaining about the product they Prescribed!

If you have a real issue don't go here. The medical staff is clueless ..I just end up in the ER again and again. I've seen a lot of doctors in my half a century and I've never come across such ignorance.

I have only positive feedback about this clinic and the staff. Everyone from the front staff to the nurses to the amazing Dr. Steffenson, they are polite, kind and patient. I am always listened to and treated with respect. During my last visit, the front staff was dealing with so much from unruly patients and they remained calm and patient. Dr. Steffenson is a wonderul doctor. So easy to talk to and takes his time to listen to your concerns. I highly recommend this clinic.

Amanda b and Lemuel Gitari are both extremely rude, they dropped as a client without no warning or notice whatsoever, I also have scheduled and made appointments with them after they fact that they said they supposedly sent me a certified letter that I signed for which I didn't receive whatsoever. I will be also reporting this place to the BBB and to the Veterans Affairs community health department as they shouldn't be receiving any more business from veterans if this is how they treat veterans.

The only decent thing about this place is the front staff. The new ARNPs that have been brought on do not listen. It is their way or not at all. They do not believe in patient led care, it’s a body shaming clinic which leads to the prevention of people seeking care, they will demand randomly you come in without your consent for appointments and blood testing regardless of your insurance. You can speak up, voice your concern but you will not be heard. Also not a queer or transgender vibe comfort doctor friendly place. You will feel the need to hide personal information in order to revive non-judgmental care. Btw, if you are a diabetic the diabetes specialist Lindsay has a high chance of hospitalizing you for ignoring and over prescribing you because you don’t go vegan.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE Spanaway clinic Dr. LEAH ABSHNER is amazing she is thorough she takes her time. She's great with my son. And my family. The staff is great my Nurse has been there for over 15 years I believe she has makes me feel at ease when I need it. MRS. RACHAEL I love her dearly.. I would trust them whole heartily with any 👪member even my dad goes here now. Thank you..

My son and I have been seeing Leah Absher, ARNP since we moved down here 5 years ago. She is amazing, has great bedside manner and has more care and compassion than any provider I’ve ever had!! My son absolutely loves her and her nurse, Rachel 🙂 this clinic is very accommodating and the front staff is just as loving! You’ll love it here 🙂
