First time I've been to any healthcare provider and felt like truly taken care of. Instead of a whirlwind in and out kind of visit My xray was taken there at the office the following day we together looked at the xray and talked about what's wrong and what it would take to feel good again. They had all my insurance information mapped out and explained it all in terms that made sense to me. We literally crafted a plan of how often I needed to come in each week and exercise to do before getting adjusted. After a few weeks I am already feeling better. From pain of an 8 down to a 4 or 5. The office is a casual family feel. I've had to bring my 1 year old with me and they were completely accommodating giving me a room with a door so he could be with me. My visits are usually 5mins and they are always on time. Their website is a work in progress and not very navigatable so give them a call. Everyone there is really wonderful. You'll feel taken care of!

The staff are awesome, helping explain the different treatment plans and going into details in their diagnosis l. The front desk people are always friendly and will work around your schedule, and make sure that the payment plans are clearly laid out! Appointments are usually quick in and out, about 15 min total. Great service!

I am a new client at Rochester Chiropractic and find them to be very helpful and professional. The front staff are always smiling and pleasant and both Doctors are willing to listen to my progress or any additional issues I may come up with between visits. I came to this office with serious lower back pain and weakness in my legs, in a very short time I am feeling much stronger and on the road to recovery. This office has a family friendly, comfortable yet professional atmosphere and I am glad they are there.

I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I have to. I went here because I had a sore neck and had lost flexibility when I would look over my shoulder. I would wake up every morning with enough neck pain that I would have to take some ibuprofen just to dull the pain. They have a great cash program designed (very reasonably priced) for rehabilitating injuries and getting you well. After my x-rays they immediately found the problem and went to work. After adjustment, I was able to turn my head fully and the next morning I had no neck pain. I won't lie, it takes quite a while and lots of adjustments to permanently fix an injury. That can get expensive. These guys are very reasonably priced, skilled, and don't waste your time. They also stay open until 6 and on Saturdays, accommodating all of us working joes out there. Give them a chance, you don't have to have back and neck pain forever.

They take the time to make sure we are doing well, and are attentive to how our bodies respond to their care or any other ailments we may have.

During my fourth pregnancy, I received care throughout the whole time from Dr. Martin and Dr. Shelton. I did not have the sciatic nerve pain or back aches, that I did in my other three pregnancies, due to routine chiropractic care. Beside my pregnancies, I have suffered from a lot of body pain, but with routine and frequent chiropractic care, the majority of my pains have disappeared or subsided.

Rochester Chiropractic Center has truly made me a believer in chiropractic care!
