Upon entering, the receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. Next, the medical assistant Katrina, is awesome and very pleasant and welcoming.

Finally, Dr. Johnson is awesome as well and really shows care for her patients.

Love the cleanliness of the place. Wonderful Doctor! However, very poor service up front, and phone service. Called three different times to help with ROI issues that I signed after appointment, but they could not help me at all over the phone. Called the 4th time and got the "Call Center" who couldn't help me as well.
I'm about to head out there again, to get this rectified with the workers at their front office.

I’ve tried my best to avoid DRs cause I saw how they treated my mother growing up. Now I’m at a point I have to see a dr and I feel like no one hears me or can help me. I’ve managed to avoid a dr for 10yrs or more unless absolutely necessary (like an ER visit) and now I’m sick and suffering and I feel like they think if they put me off maybe I’ll just go away. I feel my over all quality of life is gone and I just want my life back. I just want a dr to help me and hear me when I say there is something wrong!

Yesterday I accompanied my 101 year old father to visit Dr.Solomon for an appointment. The Doctor was very patient and most professional and allowed him to take his time answering questions. Olin, an aid there, continued with a cognitive test. His patience and excellent presentation to my elderly father was greatly appreciated. Thankyou

I was in great pain and everyone was so kind. The receptionist was sweet and efficient, the nurse was very nice and understanding, and Dr. Johnson was attentive and thoughtful. A special thank you to the girl who arranged for my travel vouchers! I’ll be back tomorrow as requested.

I have been seeing Dr Lillian Johnson for a few years now and I find her care to be thorough, sensitive and proactive. I don’t remember the nurses name(sorry!) but she also very helpful with vitals and fun banter. Clean office, friendly staff, good care.
