I had to take a co-signer off the title, and register my car. I had no issues. The clerk was super nice, and helpful. I will forever go out of my way to register our cars here because of the staff. We were treated poorly at the Hawks Prairie location.

Open on Saturday!! Great customer service. I had to come here to pay for my tabs, and was so grateful that they were open on Saturday! I had tried going into the Twin City Licensing 3x down in Centralia, but they were closed each time, an hour before their posted opening hours. Very frustrating and a waste of time and gas. So I discovered that South Sound Licensing was open on Saturdays, and drove up to Grand Mound to get my tabs taken care of. Thank you South Sound Licensing! I appreciate your customer service and being available when you say you're open!

I am grateful for South County Licensing for helping my daughter add me to her title. We tried to do this at Twin City Licensing, and we're turned away because we did not have the title to her car yet. Recently, her father gifted the car to her. I was under pressure because we needed my name on the title so we could start my new insurance. The due date was approaching quickly. I appreciate Clemencia for helping us. She is a kind person.

I never leave reviews but I had to this time. Every time I go to this place I always have nothing but problems. They tried to charge me a $125 fee this time for a title transfer because it looked like the month date had been altered on the title. It was in no way altered and the bill of sale which is supposed to be a "supporting document" had the same exact date, so I don't know why they made it such a big deal. I will never go to that place ever again.

If you're trying to do a Washington ATV on road tab, don't go to this one. They have zero clue. They want you to install seat belts on it and a windshield and they say that ATVs are not allowed to be tabbed for limited use roads like what the legislator says that we are allowed to do.
