Do not come here. I just stopped in to get ted stockings and they said they were open but they are not. The gentleman who owns the business stated his daughter would be in at some time. He acted like I was inconveniencing him. Very uncompassionate to someone in pain needing his assistance. There was also an elderly gentleman who needed supplies as well..he was told oh well come back another time. Please do not come here.

They were extremely helpful. Someone got The walking boot for me and I wasn't sure it was on right. Even though they don't take returns he immediately find another one for me too try to see if it was more comfortable. Someone else came in the store so he got another employee to help them so he could help me adjust the boot and try it out. I ended up keeping the first one, but after a frustrating day, having someone be totally focused on making sure I got what I needed, not rushing me out the door (they were about to close) really meant a lot.

Pros:
- Knowledgeable of equipment
- Know their pricing and what is covered by insurance
- Location is nice for us being that we are in Burien and this is the only medical supply with rentals in the area

Cons:
- Hours posted on the door are not reliable (open or close hours early with no note on the door explaining when they plan to be available next). This is not safe or convenient. They might consider posting hours "by appointment only"
- Disorganized files, paperwork system (lost form of payment several times which leads me to believe my payment data which they write down is not secure)
- Not knowledgeable about appropriate equipment to use for bariatric patients (rented out inappropriate equipment to our family)
- They harass family member for payment/return of equipment and they are not professional (including threatening over the phone)

I helped a family member rent a much needed knee scooter after she had surgery. Originally I was going for pick up only. Although she had arranged the pick up time and given her payment information before surgery to the staff, there was a problem when we got there for pick up. My mom and I went to pick up the scooter for her while sister was in recovery and the doors were locked to the location (we came well within their business hours and during the arranged time). Now, we cannot safely transport our family member who needs mobility equipment to move. After several calls, we find out we can pick up the scooter the following day. Mom and myself go to the pick it up. The male employee confirms that it is rated for up to 350lbs. No effort to clean or tighten up loose screws we brought to the his attention. He did however, look up the price for a NEW bariatric scooter he could order for purchase. We thought, "ok we will just clean it at home." They said they needed payment info which confused us but at this point, we needed this scooter yesterday and we could have it if we paid the rental feed. They ran my card for the rental fee only (as they had my sister's card on file for payment/loss/damage). Get the scooter home and take bleach to everything (wiping off so much grime from even the seat and the handle bars). We try to tighten up what we can with screws and it is still not stable. Find a weight rated sticker after cleaning which rated it safe for <250lbs. They have the contact information for the renting patient (my sister). It has been months and the equipment has yet to be returned back to Kleenwill. That is a separate issue and really is terrible, yes. I received several calls from the woman (I believe owner's daughter) who just had my contact information and was wondering if I had any information that could help them get the scooter back and render payment. Once we spoke, I gave them information they needed and that was appropriate and that was done. Months later, company owner called me, spoke unprofessionally with me and threatened to send his 300+ son in law to my sister's home to recover the scooter (which I am not responsible for). Now I have received a hand written note on their receipt paper requesting payment or they will send the bill to collections. This behavior is unprofessional and harassment is illegal so this has been reported to appropriate authorities.

They were awful I rented a wheelchair for $56.94 got it home and I couldn't lift it out of the car (they loaded it for me) when I took it back she charged me $25 dollars to cover "creditcard fees and their minimum rental" even though I was not able to even use the chair. I feel that is extremely poor customer service. I would have paid a reasonable restocking fee to cover creditcard charges...she was rude and unwilling to work with me. They are a local business and I like to do business in my neighborhood...this isn't the first time I have been unhappy with their service but it is certainly the last time.

Horrible customer service. I went into Kleenwell for a much needed item which totaled $2.50. I had no cash, just debit which they can accommodate. However, when I held out my card the lady helping me turned around and doubtfully asked another lady if they could in fact run a debit for this amount. The second lady got very upset and said that this was quote “ridiculous” and I should pay in cash. I reminded them that I had no cash and said I could take my business elsewhere. Luckily one individual had enough common sense to say it would not be a problem and “Ok’d” it. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a place where respecting and helping the customer is a priority and not an afterthought.

Recently had to obtain a walking boot. Fortunately, Kleenwell was conveniently located near where I work (fortunate, too, because these medical supply places seem to be few and far between). The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Based on my experience I can recommend Kleenwell.

Was referred here by my doctor for an elbow brace (insurance covers the cost of the brace) and i was told that they would not take insurance for the brace because they "woudnt make any money off it" direct quote given by the male employee working. i dont care that the brace is under a certain amount, i did not have that to spend, and should not have to spend anything, when its covered by my insurance. will not go here in the future

I called asking if they had catheters. The man who picked up the phone hung up on me. When I called back, the lady sounded like it was a huge hassle answering a simple question.
