NOT impressed by far. WE had a nurse i can't remember her name. Who all she did was talk about living in Hawaii. How bored she was as there was nothing to do to make the time go faster. When she could have been sitting with our father conversating with him instead of complaining about it being a really long day. About how much money she spends, and about her dog and how he's amazing but cost her 5k. and on the phone with her mother making plans for a future trip
WE also had an Aide who was fairly quiet mostly kept to herself but when our father rang his call bell she was the one responding only having to cone get the nurse for things that were beyond her scope

Wow, where do I start. The staff is the most Caring, Amazing, Hard Working PROFESSIONALS, that I have ever met in my life! They ALL have changed our lives!
I am able to call my moms nurse and nursing assistants, any time, day or night to ask questions and recieve help for my Mom. It means the world to me!
My mom is very sick, and wants to stay at home where she is comfortable, and they always put her first when they are taking care of her.
