The clinic was clean, quiet, and quick. Receptionist, CNA, doctor and pharmacist were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Wish I knew about walk-in clinic before now.

They violated my hipaa rights and for that they got in trouble with their hr and the department of humans rights. This was so disheartening because they came recommend by a trusted elder. I hope the extra training were made to through made them respect people. It's a twofer!!

I have taken my baby (now 8 months old) to the walk in clinic several times and the woman that answered told me i couldn't take him there because it is only for adults....my son is sick and has never been denied care until today! I am highly upset!

Had to wait nearly 2 hours till I got seen. First come first serve is what they told me and they've taken people before me that showed up after me.
