Dr. Edgerly was my doctor as a child and I am so happy to have him as my doctor now and for my family. Assurance healthcare has been the best for our family. Same day appointment, over the phone appointments and being able to talk to an actual provider after hours or on weekends has been amazing. My whole family absolutely loves this clinic and all the staff here. I hope to continue coming here for many years.

I had the same experience as John Doe, it took being prescribed 30+ antibiotics for my health issues for them to finally send me somewhere else with a referral. Even then the referral was “not going through” which is always an excuse for them. I was also threatened my membership by Fred several times over the phone. My family pays well over $1,500 a month to be seen by these people. It’s good until you’re actually in need and find out you have serious medical issues. Now I’m dealing with the consequences of being loaded on antibiotics.

This clinic has been a godsend to our family. They have helped me walk through a difficult time caring for the complex medical needs of my parents. We always get same day appointments, many labs, and other services we need the same day, things like common labs meds and even some x-rays; we had absolutely no problem with referrals.
Dr Vickers, our doctor at Assurance, is one the best family practice doctors my mom has ever had, but all the docs, PA's, and other staff have been very professional.

Dr E an his staff are 10 stars. The best team in town. I have been with them since day 1 of their new clinic. The prices are amazing an very affordable. We are self employed and know the high end of paying for insurance. They have different options for coverage. Give Jason Larson a call an see what they can offer you. The ladies in the office are very nice an glad to help you. I have never waited over 5 minutes from my appointments original time. This is invaluable to me. You Guys are the best. Love ya.

My family has been with Assurance now for over a year. They are amazing. The Doctors and whole team are always helpful, informative and empathetic to concerns. We had a family practitioner here in town and to get in to see them literally could be a month out. When you’re sick and need something who can wait a month to get in? Since being a member of the assurance family, we haven’t waited more than one day for an appointment. Most days we are in the same day! The membership includes so much that you would normally be bounced around to this clinic or that clinic depending on what you needed. Assurance does most all of it right there during your visit I would recommend Assurance to any and all that need family medicine and care. You will not be disappointed!!!

We love this place! No more waiting for days to be seen by your primary care physician, or calling ahead to schedule appointments at the "walk in" clinics. We are seen immediately whenever we have a need at an incredibly low cost for our entire family. I can't believe that it took us this long to take back control of our medical expenses and care. This team has got it figured out and I'd encourage everyone to schedule a little time to learn more about Assurance and the care that they provide their members. You'll be shocked at the money that you waste each year with traditional health insurance.

I strongly advise you to find somewhere else to go for any counseling or health care needs. This place is unprofessional and does not take the health and wellbeing of their patients seriously at all. The doctors are out of the office around 50% of the time if not more, causing serious delays in important matters. You will have to do the vast majority of the leg work yourself for any referrals and make multiple attempts to get anything accomplished here. Forget about any type of medical documents being completed, received, sent, or acknowledgedin a timely manner without making several calls to triple check.
Nothing concerning your health is a priority to these people regardless of how serious or ongoing it is. Overall it's a poor experience and a tremendous waste of time effort and resources. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. If you value your health or that of your lived ones keep looking.
