Our original wheelchair that was ordered was incorrect and wouldn’t fit through a normal doorframe. We went to return it and they wouldn’t take it back and said we can get a credit once the right wheelchair arrived at the store. We have called a ton for over a year with no resolution. Their staff made an error and we had to unfortunately pay the price without even getting the wheelchair that would work. Business is hard but the lack of ownership and resolution is disappointing. We rely on businesses like this during situations that are hard and feeling taken advantage of shouldn’t be something we have to worry about. This could have easily been fixed but still to this day isn’t. The owner hasn’t even called me back with a resolution. 🙁

Modified rating & story. This isn't really a three, it's a one and a five. We needed service on a lift chair we had purchased from Densow's, something changed, since we purchased the chair. We reached out to them and the person we talked to was less than caring. They did some things that was an absolute minimal effort and for about 30 days there was no progress and no indication of real concern. Not 100% sure how or why, but our account finally got the attention of a higher authority and wow! She called, she apologized, they came got the chair, fixed it, brought it back and DONE! So, at this point, my assessment is that there was some growing pains with the change and they got off to a rough start. However, it appears they realized that and are making a significant effort to be a first rate business. My recommendation is to give them a try, we will. And if their service is like how this story ends, we will be a dedicated customer.

Great customer service and actually caring people. We rented a recliner with the stand up ability, and delivery was on time, and great. When we called to rent another month it was easy to do, no trouble finding paperwork even with my mother in law renting the chair for my husband. Pick up was again amazing, on time, and quick with even a thoughtful question as to how my husband was doing. Densow's made an unfortunate event very smooth with their service. Highly recommend for medical rentals and anything regarding in home care you might need.

Amazing service! I was looking for a manual blood pressure cuff, and preferred to shop locally. The 5 previous places I had stopped we’re either sold out or didn’t stock them. I was just about to give up and shop on-line when I found Densow’s. I was in the door for less than a minute when they showed me exactly the item and size I needed. I would recommend this store.

My husband got a new lift chair Rick brought it to our home and set it up then went over the chairs benefits.
kaddie got our order pulled together and both went above and above. Great choice for your medical supply needs.

It took them 6 MONTHS to finally get my electric wheelchair in. Believe me, I heard EVERY excuse from all of them. Lost me as a customer for life! Go to another medical supply chain if you need anything important because they truly do not care.

They were willing to help out, for a potential rental, in a way that is unexpected in this day and age. Seriously, it was a throwback to real customer service like you would have gotten in Mayberry.
