I'm still receiving care from my physical therapist at IRG and I couldn't be happier. I'm beginning to feel stronger, something I didn't think was possible. The therapists there have been amazing, knowledgeable, understanding and the atmosphere in the office is all around cheerful. I for one appreciate everything they are doing for me and I would recommend them 100%

Best place for physical therapy ever! My therapist told me what she was going to do, and explained the science behind it. Very professional and friendly. I really felt taken care of. The whole staff was wonderful!

So I gave this Clinic 4 stars because most of the staff were very good at their skills also attentive. However, my last day took a sharp left with my physical therapist. I waited until my case was settled before I brought light to this situation. So, my therapist did an evaluation on my progress which I told her my pain has got better but its worse some days like that day. Back & neck injury from a car accident where I was hit & spun around 2 times & my car destroyed. Her whole demeanor changed quickly when I told her about my pain. She took it upon herself to go to the receptionist & cancel my further treatments. While I'm now standing there completing my last few exercises by myself she walks off & talks to another patient. This patient was doing an excercise somewhat like lunges which the other therapist described as the bear walk to get them to understand how to perform it. My therapist included herself into this other patients task she had nothing to do with looks at me and says "Hey I got one. Its called the Monkey walk". The other therapist knew where she was going with this and said "In all my years I've never heard of that, show me! The lady began to hop around making noises of a monkey & doing some weird walk while looking at me laughing. I love my town & most of the people here are very welcoming & friendly as I'm very involved in the community. This lady is a racist & should of been walked out on the spot never to work with or around African Americans again. I hope your reading this because I never forgot it & you made me walk to my car with my head down in disbelief.

My name is Adrienne Walker. Today, I had my first appointment, with IRG physical therapy, in Granite Falls and it was spectacular. From the reception desk, through therapy, I was treated wonderfully. Everyone there was professional and friendly. My therapist name was Janice and she great. She, not only performed therapy on me, but, she explained everything she was doing so I understood what was going on. By the time I left, I felt I had a great therapist, a good friend, and a wonderful counselor. I, highly, recommend IRG physical therapy, for anyone who needs some help because you will get it there and you'll feel better when you leave than you did when you went in, both physically and mentally.

The people at IRG are wonderful, friendly and compassionate. I have been to some great PT places in my life and IRG is top of the list. Everyone there is understanding and professional. Patients care always comes first there. So grateful to have them taking care of me.
