I don’t know. Being an educator I’m an agent of change. I maintain federal documents on each child. Accurately currently respectfully a parent needs to ask me once to gain understanding and action. I never raised my voice. Or got intensely frustrated in 50 years. Why would I? Better to laugh. So here are two state agencies in charge of our lifetime pensions whose venture into accountability has the feeling of the yellow brick road. Being the target of annoyance and lack of credibility resulting in awful feeling frustration repeatedly should not be experienced by anyone here. Either side of the fence. Trying to get an error corrected since January 1st. It’s now February 28. Enough. Going back to my grandchildren .

I am stuck it seems without coverage? Uniform ended 12-31-24 as I was switching to United. Received a letter from United denying coverage as I was covered by Uniform. Received my new cards from ,Uniform, un fortunately they are useless as my coverage with them the 31st. I had applied, before the deadline for United. I was put in touch with a Specialist for PEEB to speak with a very rude man telling me there was some glitch and he was sure I had United, even though United says no. So I just show up at my doctor appointment saying some rude guy is sure I have coverage? What the heck are you people doing? This is important! This is impossible to navigate! My head hurts! And again I am right now I on hold for over an hour to get no answers!

This company allows caregivers to waste their time to schedule a ride with medical transportation. They are short staffed and we hold for 3-4 hours to schedule a ride

This is for Medicaid. Im sure Trump will love that we are wasting this much time. I'm going to address this with him.

Requested a call back due to the wait time and was called back accordingly. Easy and smooth process.

Called at 9:00am and was "told" the wait time would be 50 minutes. Finally hung up after One Hour and 15 minutes. Just had some questions on filling out their very confusing paperwork for SEBB/PEBB. Going to fill it out anyway and hope for the best. What a crappy service.

Spoke with Vicky and she was incredibly rude from the moment I got assigned to her. I'm not sure why because I was being nice and was just calling because I got referred to call this number. She shut down all of my questions and got mad that I interrupted her and told me to "listen". She also didn't want to believe that I knew my parents' birthday even though I literally stated their birthday correctly. What kind of service is this? My parents were sitting right next to me so they spoke on the line for me, basically repeating what I said. I'm not sure what she was so upset about, but it was making me feel very uncomfortable so I requested to talk to another agent and she shut me down again and said no and got upset at me for even requesting! After that she left me on hold for a total of around 25 minutes. I had already switched my insurance over but she claimed she was doing that for me. I don't know what she was doing to be honest during that 25 minutes. I've never dealt with any customer service agent being this hot and cold with me and it definitely was unpleasant. I don't usually complain, but this experience was absolutely awful with Vicky so I'm leaving this review.

I am a PEBB retiree on Medicare. My wife is going on Medicare in October. Yesterday I tried to start early to get her switched to a different plan October 1st.

I had so many problems with the website that I had to call and spend about 30 minutes with a very helpful gentleman to figure out how to get logged in to make changes. I was told that their system is "glitchy". Which is accurate.

Then I tried to make changes to my wife's insurance. The website simply would not allow me to make changes for my wife.
So I called back and worked with a helpful gentleman who instructed me to use my own profile and upload documents for my wife. He informed me that Washington Healthcare will be able to figure out what I want to do with my wife's insurance changes.
But not until October.
It seems confusing to me and I am not at all confident that my wife's insurance will be set up for October 1 since they won't even look at my request until October and I was not able to make the changes known.

This area is too big and you can never get to a live person to answer anything. They never return calls when you leave messages either. I have PTSD from dealing with the insurance I have to pay for and am they never actually listen when you tell them the providers are marking parts on the forms they fill out as physical atributes they saw you do but never did. I call this falsifying forms. When you send in statement with your appeals they totally ignore them. The doctors of the appeals half the time write rude comments for a professional. They also don't even give any credance to our physicians that are seeing us professional courteousy by giving any value to their opinions. If you have minor colds, etc. the insurance is okay, but anything serious, or hard to diagnos, or chronic, forget it. They will make you SUFFER NEEDLESSLY, and possibly cost you your job; or a mental breakdown.
