I would urge anyone in the Spokane area to re-consider if they are thinking about starting with this practice. I saw James Pittman for roughly five years. He recently retired, and his office neglected to inform me as a patient in any way that this was going to or had taken place. My medications started getting denied. I called to try and figure out what was going on because I thought maybe it was an insurance issue (as had been the case in the past). They informed me there on the phone that my doctor had retired and that they could no longer see me any longer because of a “history of non-payment”, as they put it. I never neglected to pay a single bill. But there were numerous insurance disputes however. For instance, the time when I got my lab work done there on their instance and then ended up with a bill for $780.00. For routine bloodwork.
Their front office staff begrudgingly agreed to let me meet with their new Dr that replaced my old one in order to prescribe me my meds temporarily but only if I paid a portion of my appointment up front because of said “non-payment history” , which I don’t believe is exactly legal.. I met with him and was assured that he would write me a months worth of my meds to bridge the gap between my appt with my new doctor. Their office never processed the prescriptions. Luckily my appointment with new doctors office was shortly thereafter and they worked things out for me. But be warned, this place will screw you over guaranteed. Find another doctors office. You will thank me later. And to this office, shame on you for treating people so poorly.

Front end team are always polite, and friendly. Assistant team returns calls same day. Joan Z. listens, is knowledgeable, gives suggestions and recommendations, is professional.

Don’t go here if you have chronic illnesses. I was told Staci was different, that she would listen to me, but she does NOT and continued to try to treat me as if my issues were just deconditioning as well as constantly speaking over me in appointments. Not surprising though as this is the attitude of many physicians towards chronic illnesses. When a patient says “something is wrong” you let them speak and give suggestions rather than actively discouraging them from a diagnosis. So tired of being dismissed by healthcare “professionals”. Wasted so much time waiting for this woman in both telehealth and in person appointments because she is never on time. Plus the issues with prescriptions being lost and then voice mails about it ignored. Go here if you wanna spend your whole appointment listening to her talk about her adult daughter that doesn’t like her and how she was a perfect mother and she has “no idea” why. I think I know why!

Was a patient of Rhonna Lee's for YEARS. Since I was a small child to my early 20's.

Rhonna over looked MANY medical issues for myself and close family members.
Speaking about myself, she had me go in for THREE colonoscopies over the course of 2 years. Never looked farther. Always thought I had IBS.
Nope- my gallbladder. If she would have done more testing or heard me as a patient, I would still have THOUSANDS of dollars that were used on unnecessary procedures.

Lastly, the office staff are a freaking nightmare. I got into a car accident in 2021, I asked to see Rhonna (PCP) I made an appt. I ended up not going to my PCP- I went to the ER since it was worse than I thought.
I called them and left VM- appointment was supposed to be on a Wednesday and I canceled it that previous Friday. They marked me as a no show. Then had my annual appointment about a month later and was told "Well you were no showed, you need to pay X amount of money for us to see you"
Um....what? I went on to pay it cause I was there already... so I discussed with Rhonna, while I was in the patient room with her, she flat put said "Well I also need to make money so you not showing up that day, I was out that money. If you were at any other office they would have just dropped you as a client but you and your family have been here for 15 years I thought a fee would be appropriate"
Yes. I have been coming here for FIFTEEN years and have never missed an appointment. A courtesy phone call to confirm I canceled it would have been nice....

The office has gone down hill drastically. They are constantly trying sample meds out on people when their vendors come in, they try to bring in the next big thing like weight loss supplements or botox-

I genuinely think an investigation needs to go on to ensure patients are being treated correctly.

I am no longer a patient there of two years, and I have recieved NIGHT AND DAY different medical treatment from my PCP.
Things that Rhonna was overlooking or not listening to me about- my new PCP has been able to help and fix within the first 6 months.

I see Staci and my girls see her too. She is very thorough and considers my lifestyle in her recommendations. She is easy to approach and work with. Highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Staci Duncan’s since 2016 - I had moved here from Seattle and had sought treatment with other providers in the area but was not fully satisfied with the care I was given. When I met with Staci, I knew she was the right provider for me. She always takes the time to review all of the issues, she treats me with respect and she never rushes.
She is without a doubt the most qualified and attentive health care provider I have ever been treated by. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a provider!

I have been going to this office for many years. The provider that I saw was Rhonna Lee. She wasn't the worst person about half the time but I truly feel that she does not care if her patients suffer. She made my daughter live 3 years with tonsillitis before I finally went to another doctor to get her very infected tonsils out. I have had many different issues over the past years and she never listened to what my opinions were, her response was always " I am the one who went to school for years so I know better". Most recently, I told her that I think I have a really bad case of carpal tunnel and I want to seek surgery if that is what it is. She told me I do NOT have that and if I did, not surgeon in this city will take my insurance (Molina) and do the surgery. It turns out I have severe carpal tunnel in my right arm and moderate in the left, ill be having surgery in the next 2 weeks because she made me wait and now it's so bad I have nerve damage. She has made me "learn to live with it" on many issues, where later I find I really don't have to, with a simple fix. So I finally told her I think I need to seek out another PCP, so Miss Rhonna banned me from seeing anyone else in the whole office. Not a very professional thing to do. I'm actually afraid to have my records sent to another doctor in fear of what she wrote on them. Good luck if you have her for your PCP.

Very disappointed and astounded by how rude some of the office staff is, they have an attitude of "not my problem". One time I thought my provider was running behind, but it turns out I waited 45 minutes because the office ladies forgot to tell someone I was there. Other providers have written incorrect dates on scripts before when my provider was unavailable, forcing me to go a few days without my medication.

The only reason I haven't left that office yet is because Staci Duncan is absolutely amazing and has come through for me when I've needed it the most. She listens to me and really cares about my health. Sometimes she is running behind, but it's because she actually takes the time to make sure her clients are genuinely doing well, instead of rushing them out the door. She is gem in an otherwise poor office.
