Went looking for a neck brace for my spouse which they had in stock for a great price. I'm disabled with a frozen ankle very painful and I have a hard time getting around and couldn't afford a 450.00 knee scooter and Eric told me about KC Help a business that loans out medical equipment for free of charge for as long as you need it. Went above and beyond to help getting me a new hospital bed. Dealing with a doctor that would not return calls for emails. Cannot say thanks enough for all the help and dealing with me calling every single day for a month. Was always nice and helpful. Appreciate it more than you know. Definitely recommended. Shout out to Bryan at the Wenatchee office was so helpful.

I was very disappointed with this company. After calls to them and then taking the wheelchair into there office, which I felt like I should not have even walked into the place that no one wanted to help me. I need the front wheels replaced on my husband's wheelchair. Donny said he would see what he could find and took my name and number and said he would call me back. Well I have been waiting for over a month and have not received a phone call. I guess I was not important enough to get help from this company, hope others have better luck with them.
