Had a fantastic experience! Called before going there as my husband and I realized, on the way home from his surgery, that we needed a wheelchair ASAP. They had loads of wheelchairs so I could get a used one, new one, or even different sizes. I specifically needed elevated leg rests for my husband and he had those too. Even made sure that the used chair we bought was tightened up and safe before I purchased.
Thank you so much for the expertise and help in a crisis. You're really a life saver and helped my husband to be mobile again!

DJ was out going and sincerely interested in solving our problem. Found a fuse that was broken. He managed to remove the old fuse and put a new one in. Most businesses would have charge a diagnostic fee and something for the fuse. He didn’t blink and eye. Said it’s on the house and wouldn’t take a dime. If we ever need scooter or repair we’ll be back.

I brought in a practically brand new walker that I bought from Amazon where one of the wheels broke off. He said he thought the walker had a lifetime warranty. And he was right! Got me a whole new walker. I am totally happy with his service!

Sheesh I called in regarding to getting my disabled mother a walker and a shower chair. The guy that answered the phone was very rude and said no you got it wrong, you buy our items nothing is free. I was referred to them by mom’s social worker. I get it, nothing is FREE, but you could have addressed me in a respectful manner. How are you receiving donated items but charging more for them. What a scam!

The owners are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and honest. (And their dog is cute too). DJ took 1 look at me and was able to fit me into something that was exactly what I was looking for. Chatted with Joanne about dogs and instantly made friends. Their prices are way less than I would pay on a copay. Highly recommend.

My wheelchair ramp was rear ended by another uninsured driver unable/unwilling to replace my lift. This place charges FULL PRICE plus $$ for USED equipment they get donated FOR FREE. Bridge Ministries, also a donation station of used disability items, in Seattle works with people unable to afford items. Bridge Ministries aren’t out to gouge the already overcharged handicap population. Contact them instead. No stars for overcharging for donated items, Wheelchair Haven. Shame on you.
