Was passing through Fairbanks while on vacation and needed some medical attention. Matija and Sheena were absolutely amazing, very thorough, personal-able, and most importantly good at providing medical assessment and care. I was on vacation when I came down with a sinus/ear infection. I was in a ton of pain and ended up being super frustrated after attempting to visit two other urgent cares in Fairbanks. Steese immediate care got me in quickly and the PA I saw diagnosed me quickly and efficiently and sent me on my way with a script for antibiotics. Overall a straightforward experience without too many hoops to jump through. Definitely recommend if you are in need of urgent care.

From front desk to doctors I love this place. Just had to make an appointment and had quite a bit of anxiety about what was going on but the receptionist was so friendly and reassuring it helped me feel a lot better.
