I like the people there and they are very friendly. I don’t like the fact that you only get 15 minutes with your provider.
My online appointment was a joke. My appointment was supposed to be at 12:50 PM. They were late checking me in and then I waited 40 minutes for the doctor to even try to connect. I had another appointment that I had to go to. If the appointment supposed to be at 12:50 check. Should be 15 minutes prior. And if you’re not gonna see the doctor till after their lunch hour, they shouldn’t be holding you there for 40 minutes. They should make the appointment time more appropriate.

Wouldn’t have any other GP than Dr Taylor!! She has been my doctor since she came to ICHC. Very thorough & if you need a specialist she immediately refers you. Love her!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you ever get a doctor named Amelia beckstead Run ?‍♂️. She's not a good doctor. I went in their for a second opinion and I dont think she understands what that actually means. It supposed to be a fresh start. Get her own facts, ask her own questions. Not her I sat their for 2 min she went over the previous doctors notes didn't ask me any questions. Not how my incident happened, Not what happened to me nothing. Zero questions just said I agree with her colleague. That's it . Apt over I spent 250$ for her to read what the other doctor wrote and just dismissed me. Second opinion hell no. She should lose her license. DO NOT GO HERE. They will steal your money

Dr Taylor, I love the way she treats her patients, she takes the time to listen in a very caring manner and doesn"t rush through the appointment.

Dr. Taylor listened, and made me feel heard. This is hard to come by anymore. I appreciated her insight, and willingness to take me in as a new patient.

I feel Doc. Taylor is great at listening to my complaints and the problems I'm having, she is very thorough when addressing a issue and she follows up on everything to make sure everything is going alright.

Providing your medical records at the request of the state or federal government is not a service their doctors provide? You only get one primary care doctor and these forms demand one fill them out, so I guess just don't ever sign up with this place. I was told to find a new doctor so I could have my records and diagnosis released.

Truly the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. They wouldn’t listen to my concerns and only allow you to bring up one issue per appointment, which is an issue when you live 2 hours away. When I tried to schedule virtual appointments to discuss issues I was having, they shamed me for not making in-person appointments. They consistently showed up 30-45 minutes late for appointments, with no apologies. In the year (ish) I’ve been with them, all of the 4 different providers I saw have left the practice, and almost every appointment I would see someone different. This meant establishing a relationship and consistent care was incredibly difficult. I left multiple appointments in tears because of the way the providers spoke to me. I have changed providers, and look forward to being listened to and respected by my new doctor. I do not recommend this office at all.
