Eagles Wings Coordinated Care is a blessing to the Kitsap Community. I have worked closely with this amazing group of people for the last 3 months, and have been a landlord with them for over 6 years. Michelle and her team cares greatly about their participants and only want success for those in our community who have struggled.
They house over 100 people that would otherwise be on the streets. They provide services that support the goals of their clients and they continue to strive to be better every day.

MICHELLE FLEETWOOD AND HER TEAM ARE AMAZING. They have helped numerous homeless , and at risk people in recovery. My brother was in the program which was a life saver at the time. I started volunteering for Eagles Wings because of this and all the other people I have personally witnessed a positive change in for the better , because of her program.

Recently there has been a misunderstanding regarding a cat. I won't say much more about it but before you are quick to judge and point fingers you need to know both sides of the story. It has been inferred that she just stole a cat and gave it away. Please do your research before you slander someone.

Michelle is a loving and compassionate person to everyone and has taken in animals and helped rehouse them and get medical treatment for years. She knows how important animals are to there owners. That's why she allows animals at the homes she supplies to people in need. Her program and guidance has changed the lives of hundreds of people. She is an inspiration to so many. We are ALL better because of Michelle Fleetwood and Eagles Wings.

Unprofessional, unpredictable, unsafe, inconsiderate, and horrible if you're not friends with Michelle Fleetwood. Rent amount charged and rules are based solely on how much she likes you and safety is not only not guaranteed, but they tell you to expect to not be safe. There is no trauma informed care, no disability accommodations (and they'll fight against you to get them), many ADA violations, and they over promise and under deliver constantly. Staff members are "volunteers" who are currently/formerly living in her housing units and anybody who stands up to the unfairness of it all gets thrown out.

I have a hard time trusting someone who would steal another person's cat, admit to the theft & then lie about it. Not to mention, pre mediate theft of another cat. Maybe don't operate a business showing compassion for others if you can't get over personal issues.

These people make miracles happen. Helping those that others think are hopeless. Giving hope and real help is priceless. If only our government could look at how great this program is we would have real solutions for our homeless people.

Horrible staffing what they do to people stuff after they put them out is unbelievable.. could be dealt with way better than it is now . Poor judgement on having residents pack up people's stuff .. staff should be doing it if anyone..
