I would again like to thank the great care my mother has received from the very first visit several months ago, to the Harrison Wound Care Center and still moving forward. Specifically Doctor Daniel Soetaert and his incredible, top rated staff of professionals. More specifically, those who I've had the good fortune to meet. Lorraine, Kassi, Loren, Maria (who will light up your day with her smile and customer service) and two others I don't know their names ~ some of the most attentive, caring group of Doctors, Nurses and Assistants on the planet. 🙂 Thank you so much!! Had returned home from surgery and had one of my incisions open up. I saw my local GP care team and was referred to Harrison Wound Care. I was grateful such a specialized care center was near me to get the treatment I needed. They communicated my out of town surgeon and provided me excellent care. I was treated over a couple months and with COVD I was pleased with the measures taken and feeling safe. More importantly was the care provided, the care team talked to me in terms I could understand, explained everything, ensured I experienced no pain during treatments and were respectful. I highly recommend Dawn Darroch and her outstanding team!

I first started seeing these people at Wound Care on Nov 5th 2019 for a badly septic infected lower left leg and foot and just recently was so disappointed when i was discharged by them still wounded and needing treatment on Feb 27 2024. due to the fact that for almost 5 years each time i went for a visit i took 2 or 3 pictures with my cellphone of my wounded leg and foot and the treatment being done on it to show other doctors and the insurance company what was being done to me on a regular basis each visit. Now on Feb 27th my next appointment i am not able to receive treatment on my bad leg after almost 5 years prior because i documented the treatment i was receiving buy Harrison Wound Care in Bremerton Washington in photos was told that is misconduct and not allowed and could not be seem there any longer for something all the staff and doctor knew i was doing in advance. It would make sense maybe if one of them had just said something and just moved out of the way while i was snapping a photo of my leg and foot wound. But after almost 5 years none of them could just open there mouths and say that or simply move to the side out of the picture so they are not in it. Instead they violate my rights and just discharge me for some thing they all knew of in advance. That is not very professional in my opinion, when a simple request could have easily been reached and complied with with adult conversation and reason if some one had simply opened there mouth and and said so. Just food for thought but more communication would have been better then insulting a patient in this manner and treating them as if they had done something drastically wrong.

Very good staff and doctors. Good attitude. Bedside manner. Take time to listen and find out what's going on. Don't feel like you're on an assembly line! Feel SO much better at this place versus the wound clinic in Tacoma.

Dr. Fleischhauer is a rockstar! My mom loves him and the staff here. She really did not want to have to go to wound care again and was dreading it. These lovely people had my mom laughing and smiling pretty much her entire appointment. She was comfortable and actually enjoyed her appointment.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Fleischhauer and his team for wound care. He’s fun, professional, and takes the time to explain everything to you. You aren’t just another patient. He pays attention.

For the infusion center, while everyone is very kind, they are extremely slow. My 3 hour appointment has now extended into 4 hours. They are also only open week days! I am not sure when they think I work, but I am taking every hour I am here unpaid. Please add in a protocol for 90 min infusions or fix the issue with the pharmacy being so slow. I feel if this way my company you wouldn't want to work with me, so why would I want to work with you?

For the first time in decades, I’m getting a wound to heal on its own with the help of these wonderful professionals. Even in these trying times they are doing all they can to help. Excelsior.
