I had Peggy Griffel (who I loved) for years and she moved to Florida. She recommended Jesse Bivens and I have had him for about 2 years and I love him. He listens and takes great care of me. He's very understanding and knowledgeable. I hope now he doesn't move away or leave the practice! I forgot to mention... that Rochelle, Heather, Ashley and the rest of the office are WONDERFUL too!!! I appreciate all they do for me!

Melissa Means is amazing! She's so sweet and actually listens to my concerns.
I've also seen Jesse Bivens who is also great.
The medical assistants and front desk ladies are awesome as well. It's a happy feeling in the office. So glad I found a great doctors offices.

Jesse Blevins is fantastic! But Michelle is what makes my review so low. Extremely rude individual and speaks down to you when explaining anything to you. If it wasn’t for how much I like the providers I’d leave cause of her interaction

Jesse Bivens is a great provider if you can see him. I lost my job and was unable to pay. When sent to collections I was discharged and the office then refused to fill mental health medications while giving me no notice of doing so. Called to talk to the office about it and all they do is push about your bill refuse and refuse to work with you. The front office person named Amber will sit there and give you an additude about your bill and never help you.

What a FANTASTIC practice. From the office managers to the providers and the on site lab techs, EVERYONE is professional, nice and caring. We have had care all around the world and this is by far the best primary care facility we have ever found! Highly recommended.

Had out patient surgery scheduled for this particular day in Bremerton.As luck would have it, as we arrived per schedule someone took out a main transformer knocking out power to Harrison Hospital. In the dark for at least 3 hours little or NO communication from staff, nurses, or Dr.'s. When finally we're told had to drive to Silverdale to have surgery performed. Now mind you my fiance' did a colon cleanse had fasted 12 hrs prior diabetic. While everything turned out ok surgery went well, profuse apologies given, I am rather disappointed at the complete disorder and lack of communication! Had this been a more serious situation there would definitely be a lawsuit! That said when they finally got their act together we were treated well.

Dr. Bivens is probably one of the best doctors I've seen. I actually feel like my issues were taken seriously. Every person that works here is also very friendly and personable. Definately will be back for anything I need in the future.

My experience (saga) with Silverdale Primary Care (Tolles Steffan R MD's Office the owner). After my initial wellness (annual checkup) visit with Margaret (Peggie) E. Griffel, ARNP things were very positive, but then just went down hill from there. After my initial visit I was called by the doctors office asking me to set up a follow up appointment. After receiving the voicemails from the front office I timely called back and made an appointment. Three weeks later I receive a letter asking me to come in for labs and to make a follow up appointment. I call and confirm that I do indeed have an appointment, in which they make no mention of the need to get the labs done prior to having that appointment. Then one day prior to the appointment they call to tell me that my appointment is canceled unless I get the labs done, in which they won't fully explain to me what the labs where for and why they are required (which I would assume is why the actual follow up appointment to my initial visit was scheduled). Needless to say they cancelled the appointment. I call back say I will get the labs done (not knowing what they are fully for and why) at some unknown cost to me so that they will schedule me for a new appointment, so I can just have my follow up appointment. Today I show up to my (hostage) appointment to only have wait in the patient room for 45 plus minutes. After 45 minutes I leave as obviously their time is more valuable than my time and had somewhere else I needed to be. At the end of the day they call and leave a message (I didn't answer because I was doing that thing that I was now late for) in which the office (the MA) called to apologize on behalf of Margaret (Peggie) E. Griffel, (who didn't have the decency to call herself to apologize if she was truly sincere about it.) Needless to say they went and prescribed me medications without seeing me (no follow up appointment), thus I ask why I even needed to have the follow up appointment in the first place.....needless to say I am looking for a new primary care practitioner.
