Absolutely love Alcan Medical Group! I’ve been going to Brianna Graham for over a year now and she’s fantastic. David who also checks me and takes vitals and all in for most visits is also wonderful! Great group of people. Can’t recommend enough.

I honestly prefer elsewhere. I had a medical emergency back in 2021, and after it had been controlled, I had been left with anxiety and a few small lingering medical issues. Initially, it had seemed like a great place, considering I had wanted to try and heal myself using more natural remedies.

I saw Caroline Hudeau, who was incredibly impatient and short-tempered when it came to my anxiety. I tried to work with her regardless, but her attitude did not help my anxiety and her guidance had only made my medical issues worse. Not to mention she was charging me for every phone call I made when I had a question to ask her.

At one point during the duration of time that I had been a patient there, Carol had told me she wanted me to have my blood drawn. Told me where to go, and when to have it done. I went into the blood bank, and they had said they had no ordered test to have it done. I called Alcan and spoke to Carol, and she rudely stated she didn't understand why I went over there because she had never said it needed to be done, and then proceeded to make me talk to her supervisor, because "she felt like I was mad at her, and didn't want to have her job put on the line." Which, if you ask me, is exceedingly dramatic.

I wouldn't necessarily say that this is a bad clinic, but I would not recommend Carol, nor would I recommend this clinic for anything other than helping with basic needs, such as what vitamins to take, or how to treat something like a cold or a rash. It does not seem as though they have the ability to go beyond the bare minimum, at least not who I had seen, anyways.

Update: oddly enough after leaving my first review, which by the way would’ve been updated based on my experience once I actually saw a doctor, I received a phone call from this office and was told by the receptionist that their boss said to cancel my future appointment. I didn’t ask why but it’s safe to say they were upset about my review. However, my review was fair and it was not final until now. What they’ve shown me is their failure as a business, one that is incapable of taking valid criticism and instead retaliates against their clients. Even worse is that this isn’t a restaurant or retail store where that could be expected. This is a place that provides medical services. With that in mind I wouldn’t want to be a patient here anyways.

Initial review: Negative experience already and haven’t even done my first visit. Was told my appointment was one day, only to find out it was set for 20 days later once I was already in the office. Wouldn’t even see me since I was already there. Mind you I made the appointment weeks in advanced.
