Dr. Tolles has been mine and my son's doctor since 2006. His staff is always caring and kind, and most importantly, they have always treated my son, who has down syndrome, cerebral palsy and autism, as well as heart and joint conditions, with respect. Although Dr. Tolles does not specialize in disability care, he has been willing to listen and learn, which is a very desired quality when looking for a doctor for a person with a rare combination of disabilities for which little research has been done.

Dr. Tolles is the best family practice doctor in Kitsap County. He has a broad range of experience, he's kind, thorough, and you can depend on his knowledge to keep you and your family healthy.

Didn't have good results. They ran a test that wasn't needed and sent it to the wrong lab, a lab not covered by my insurance. The result? $500 out of my pocket. They were very rude (a nurse in particular, don't remember her name) and said basically yep, we messed up but you have to pay. Also, near impossible to see Dr. Tolled himself, you'll be paying for a nurse practitioner here. Definitely won't consider going back.

I was seen Gilliian, thee physicians assistant for very painful ingrown toenails. I was told, after being kept waiting for 45 minutes, as well as scolded for being there, that there was nothing wrong. She looked, saw no redness or area of inflammation, which meant no ingrown toenail. Gilliian also put me on an antibiotic, stating if there was pain I must have an infection.
The issue persisted to where wearing closed shoes, socks, and blankets were torture. I finally went to a local podiatrist. She told me I did have ingrown toenails, and my next appointment removed the ingrown toenails.

Bad service. Went to a few appointments, that led to dead ends and no help with health problem. They also turned me away after I experienced medical emergency and wanted to follow up with my doctor at the time. They refused to see me. Found much better care and service at other local clinic.
