The entire process from first notification of a referral to walking out of my appointment was incredibly smooth. Absolutely everyone was kind and helpful, and Jodi was amazing. She resolved my vertigo while helping me understand the underlying causes. She even gave some quick tips for another unrelated condition that came up in discussion! I’ve been avoiding physical therapy for years because the last time I went (somewhere else), everything was tedious and frustrating and difficult. What a lovely experience- I’ll be back for future issues! Thank you!

I had an appointment at the clinic for a "Functional Capacity Exam" and I was expecting to have a bad experience that would leave me in pain for days after the appointment. I had such a good experience I am here leaving a review after just one appointment! Garrett was professional, knowledgeable, and I enjoyed working with him. He could tell when I was reaching my maximal capacity for exercises by observing my form and movement. I've had some unpleasant experiences working at another clinic for a specific type of physical therapy and they kept having me add weights to certain lifts when I'm pretty sure that it was doing more damage than good. In conclusion, I had a great experience at Kitsap PT & Sports Clinic and they also have an amazing set-up with lots of great equipment!

Kitsap Physical Therapy in Silverdale was amazing in helping me rehab my broken shoulder. Madison knew how to asses my shoulder and after talking about what my rehab goals were she built an aggressive plan for my PT as my insurance only gave me 6 PT sessions. We started with some exercises and stretching that quickly got me to the point of building muscle tone. I was behind on starting PT so we focused on range of motion exercises combined with resistance to reduce the scar tissue and rebuild muscle. This group of professionals really knows how to work with people and judge how to give us the best possible PT to meet our goals. I highly recommend them!

Excellent all around, no complaints! Professional, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, receptive, helpful. The therapist was friendly, professional, listened well, was very thorough, provided useful information and testing, and acted responsively performing necessary testing and assistance/treatments. I liked, trusted, and felt comfortable with him immediately. I visited this office before and had success for neck pain, and returned for vestibular issues.
Reception was friendly and efficient. I was taken on time and the therapist did not rush, but spent enough time with me. The waiting area is comfortable. It appears to be a busy office, though, and probably need referral for initial appointment.

Excellent service. I have had 3 different therapists and each one has come up with an additional exercise to further try and correct my problem. It helps to have a variety to chose from so it does not become boring. We all know exercise is the answer and Kitsap Physical Therapy does a great job to help with motivating each client.

Nathan is doing such a great job with my physical therapy. They have a great staff always available to assist you with your needs. Staff keeps all the equipment Clean as soon as you get done a staff member is cleaning machines so that they are ready for next person.

I have praised Ellie Wallace once before but, feel she deserves additional accolades. She is very pleasant, informative and a bit tough, which I need! She always gives me an alternative option.
Wish you could keep her. But, hire more people like her.
